Digestion and Hunger

For guys who successfully force feed, what do you do to manage digestion in tricky times? I am on week 7/8 of the cruise and it is incredibly hard to keep my calories down before prep starts. Coach told me to just keep it up.

I’m already eating very clean (with the occasional juice/gatorade just to push the rest of the calories down). I’m on pantoprazole and taking digestive enzymes with every meal and probiotics in morning, cardio 4x weekly and getting my steps in. Is there anything else that you guys have had success with? I have less than 2 weeks to go but it’s fucking brutal. Nauseous very often and regurgitation of undigested food.

btw - not a pussy. I’ll keep forcing it. I’ve been forcing it for the past 8 months or so and i’ll keep doing it just wanted to see if there’s any tricks to make it a little easier
