Dnp cycle : 30 days

hello everyone, I would like to share my 3 days of dnp, I would write the other days. (I use google traduction cuz I am french so.. it is not my fault if the traduction is weird)

Starting weight: 93.1 - 25.5% bf

Day 1 :

- 200mg - breathing a little bigger, I need to take bigger puffs, a little warmer especially at the evening time but not very noticeable, maybe placebo

Day 2:

- 200mg - I feel my heart beating faster, a little trouble breathing as if throwing compressed, I don't feel lethargic, a little difficulty breathing correctly, I get tired a little faster, warmer, no bad to sleep this time so day 1 was indeed placebo

Day 3:

- I was a bit in a hurry to go to class I was warmer, breathing still complicated but not really hot, given that the DNP batch of mactropin from steroiden seems to be legit (3 friends tested including 1 who felt bad at 200mg, 1 who was running at 600mg in dubai who ate mcdo and lost 11kg min. in about 20 days and 1 who was running at 800mg ..) I think 200mg does not is not enough. On day 5 I would take 400mg and I would probably do 4 days at 600mg mid cycle. Headache on the sides too, it seems to me it's due to high blood pressure on the sides right? Towards the tamp, I'm probably saying anything. What annoys me is that I thought that 200mg was going to be enough whereas no, even 400mg it will not be enough I think, but in addition it is that with all the molecules, caffeine, dmaa etc I have to type in high dosage to feel a little thing while some people take a coffee they have the same effects as the MD ... On the other hand, I weighed myself this morning and in bf I have 24.3 so really I'm confused ... I lost 1.2kg in 2 days without feeling almost any effects ??! I think this is impossible..

25.5% bodyfat??? Did I read that right or was that lost in the google traduction?

Instead of fucking around with DNP, pay a little more attention to what you're eating. And I don't know, I heard of this thing some guys call "cardio" it apparently involves getting up and moving around a lot until you're breathing hard for a while. They say it burns fat pretty well.
He's using the bodyfat feature on a scale so it's probably even higher.

OP, body fat scales put me at 9-10% whereas DXA scans have me at 16%. It's not a reliable way to measure body fat.

To the people smashing OP, he's on it already, why not provide him with tips instead of calling him out on everything.

And for those that think DNP can't get him shredded in 30 days are completely wrong as you've probably never took DNP.

Anyways, OP, drink lots of water, stay away from the heat, drink Gatorade or take an electrolyte supplement, and get ready to sweat like a pig when you're sleeping. Also, you'll notice a bad body odor.

Keep your diet in check, DNP makes me crave sugar so bad... Avoid cardio as you don't need it. Get in light workouts and you should have great results.
Yes, he’s on it. But the point we’re trying to make is that he shouldn’t be on it. He isn’t IN the lifestyle. In his own words: He was able to diet down on his own but knew that he was going to run DNP so just ate whatever he wanted to. He’s using the drug to make up for bad decisions and choices. He’s over-eager to bump the dose until he feels sides.

What good is the DNP going to do for him when he comes off and bounces back to eating the same crap food? He’ll do that and tell himself “no problem as long as I got my new friend DNP.”

That’s great that your encouraging him though.

Sorry, I should've read the thread in more detail. I take back my comments because of the bolded part above.

@OP, yes DNP will make you lose weight, but if you haven't formed clean eating habits, like tracking every single thing you're eating, there's no point in taking a poison. Like I mentioned, DNP killed me with sugar cravings... it will just get worse once you stop and all the work will be for nothing.

@Samrooodz

This thread is a dumpster fire! But in being a good sport I will let you in on the secret to fat loss. Add methamphetamine e2d it works synergistically with the dnp to get you fucking shredded bro.
I know you're joking, but methamphetamine and DNP were both advertised and sold as drugs to treat obesity. Meth works! Then there's a huge rebound effect where your appetite goes through the roof when you come off, if you come off. It's hard to quit.

I don't have a problem personally with low dose DNP as an obesity drug. It's much safer than gastric bypass surgery. It's also not addictive like amphetamine or methamphetamine.

So bridge the meth into the dnp?

I agree in some ways. It is another drug we can add to our bag to be applied IF necessary. Let's say when we have a meet or a show or even a our wedding kind of thing. I really don't think it should be used as a replacement for deficit or cardio. Like anything it should be used sparingly and only when necessary.

I agree that it seems safer than most drugs. I just don't think it should be used when people don't know how to eat

a quarter of your body is lard and you are considering DNP? Did you first attempt eating at the buffet 6 times a week instead of 7 to escape morbid obesity?

your heart and BP are probably so weak from being obese so long t3, clen, and DNP will probably kill you or put you in the hospital, I am not joking.

you seriously have a death wish kid, hope the best for you, but what you are doing is absurd

Quite the contrary. We are giving him the best advice. Stay away stuff from like DNP and learn the basics and try to lose the fat more healthier way

well, 100mg DNP ramps up your metabolism by appr. 10%.
If you take in 250mg you will have a saturated dose of more than 500mg, that means your metabolism is ramped up by an extra 50%
instead of 2000kcal you "burn" 3000kcals.
this is how DNP works (along with some other pathways)

if you eat 1800kcal you have a deficit of 1200kcal. thats why you lose weight pretty fast.
if you would want to hold this deficit without DNP, you could eat 600kcals which is not sustainable

you get what i mean?

and i dont care for your cheat meals, you do not need them, esp while running DNP

Are these numbers accurate? Also how long does it take to reach its saturation point?

I’m actually taking 220mg a day. I’m in a calorie deficit, eating 1800 cals a day.

45 minutes in the stair master fasted cardio morning. Go home have 2 meals, go to the gym and lift. Go back home, eat 2 meals and Do another sesh of 45min on stair master. Low setting both times.
That’s my schedule Mon-Fri, Saturday I just do the stair master once.

Edit: Also on 150mg of Test a week and 60mg of var a day.

Day 4:

- A little warmer than usual but you can feel it +, otherwise the rest normal, I ate a few cakes during a movie but no heat stroke, I wait for day 5 then day 6 I increase a 400mg

Weight: 93.3kg - 25.5% of bf again (my scale is bugging a lot, I think it's because it's a little dirty so the electric shocks are maybe not good, every day the rate of muscle of bf and normal weight change a lot so...)
bioelectric impedance scales are crazy inaccurate. You are likely better off judging your BF in a mirror than with one of those things. I have visible abs, my love handles measure in at 16mm on the calipers, veins on my legs and the last BIA scale I used said I was 20% body fat which is WAAAY high.

Now I just have a scale that measures weight only. I don't care for a measurement that fluctuates several points due to hydration levels and if you've pooped or not and whatever else affects BIA measurements. BIA scales are just way too inaccurate, it is a meaningless measurement IMO.

Yes yes yes yes yes. This times 1000 yes. Exactly.

@Samrooodz, consider this: what are you gonna do when you get off DNP? You're gonna lose weight on this cycle, but it sounds like you have not successfully maintained or managed your weight in the past. You give in the sugar cravings and whatever other gluttonous cravings hit your brain. What are you gonna do once you're off this cycle? Just gain the weight back? And you yourself said you already were eating cake WHILE ON, so I can basically guarantee once you go off you're just going to gain the weight back.

The fact that you can't get yourself below 25% body fat naturally just goes to show that you are NOT READY in any way. It is NOT hard to get below 25% body fat. If you were at 12 or 10 and struggling to get ultra lean that is one thing, but 25%. So long as you continue NOT living the lifestyle of being lean and fit and healthier, you will never be able to meet and maintain your physique goals.

Start by cutting out refined sugar. Whether that is in candy, cake or other desserts, and soda/sugary drinks. I would say cut out artificial sweeteners too, because they still train your brain to crave sweet things You NEED to break that cycle, just entirely stop purchasing anything that would be considered sweets or junk food. Meal prep and eat healthy, solid meals. You'll be down to the 12-15% body fat range in no time, no drugs needed. Otherwise you're just gonna be yo-yo dieting and doing unnecessary damage to yourself with DNP. You can do that an be lean for a few weeks per year, or you can change your lifestyle and eating habits and be fuckin sexy as hell year round.

He said he will take dnp for the rest of his life lol

Every 100 mg of the daily dose boosts metabolism by 11% on average. It works linearly in terms of dose. 500 mg/day boosts metabolism by 55% on average. The daily dose is what matters, not the amount in your system when it's saturated.

If you look at the old studies from Cutting and Tainter, the 11% number is just an average. The real number varies among individuals. Some people's metabolic rate increased over 50% on 200 mg/day. Others barely saw anything from 500 mg/day.

I don't know the exact number, but I'm a strong responder. I get excellent results from 100 mg/day. I would like to get my BMR tested soon with and without DNP to see the actual percentage difference.

So bridge the meth into the dnp?
One methedrine tablet before breakfast and lunch for maximum appetite suppression on DNP. Not really.

Methamphetamine is prescribed today as Desoxyn. Doctors give it to patients for binge eating disorder and treatment resistent ADHD. It's just a bad idea to get started whether it's legal or not. It's more neurotoxic than Adderall (amphetamine), and it leads to long term downregulation of dopamine receptors. Weight loss achieved on it tends to be temporary.
