Dnp cycle : 30 days

hello everyone, I would like to share my 3 days of dnp, I would write the other days. (I use google traduction cuz I am french so.. it is not my fault if the traduction is weird)

Starting weight: 93.1 - 25.5% bf

Day 1 :

- 200mg - breathing a little bigger, I need to take bigger puffs, a little warmer especially at the evening time but not very noticeable, maybe placebo

Day 2:

- 200mg - I feel my heart beating faster, a little trouble breathing as if throwing compressed, I don't feel lethargic, a little difficulty breathing correctly, I get tired a little faster, warmer, no bad to sleep this time so day 1 was indeed placebo

Day 3:

- I was a bit in a hurry to go to class I was warmer, breathing still complicated but not really hot, given that the DNP batch of mactropin from steroiden seems to be legit (3 friends tested including 1 who felt bad at 200mg, 1 who was running at 600mg in dubai who ate mcdo and lost 11kg min. in about 20 days and 1 who was running at 800mg ..) I think 200mg does not is not enough. On day 5 I would take 400mg and I would probably do 4 days at 600mg mid cycle. Headache on the sides too, it seems to me it's due to high blood pressure on the sides right? Towards the tamp, I'm probably saying anything. What annoys me is that I thought that 200mg was going to be enough whereas no, even 400mg it will not be enough I think, but in addition it is that with all the molecules, caffeine, dmaa etc I have to type in high dosage to feel a little thing while some people take a coffee they have the same effects as the MD ... On the other hand, I weighed myself this morning and in bf I have 24.3 so really I'm confused ... I lost 1.2kg in 2 days without feeling almost any effects ??! I think this is impossible..

Instead of fucking around with DNP, pay a little more attention to what you're eating. And I don't know, I heard of this thing some guys call "cardio" it apparently involves getting up and moving around a lot until you're breathing hard for a while. They say it burns fat pretty well.

No idea what that means but looking at your post history you seem to be intent on DNP being the answers to your fat boy dreams. It will work to drop some pounds but without a lifestyle change those pounds will go right back.

You don’t go from 25.5% body fat to shredded in 30 days just by running DNP.

I have a test and I have to lose fat, this is my main problem of fat boy ;)
I know that I will not retake weight if I increase my kcal daily after DNP cycle and I know a person who lost min 11kg in 20 days in Dubai he ate mcdo everyday ahah

Alright. Well good luck then. It's not the way to do it, but you're not going to listen anyway.
 
You have no clue what you are doing and I bet you are not even counting your kcals.

Get off your lazy fat ass and start cardio and eating healthy (in a calculated deficit) before you take PEDs.

People like you give PEDs a bad name.
I dont give a fuck about people and their judgment, people who want to take PEDs will take it, I had already do a weight loss diet, min 11kg in 3-4 months so I know how my body works, I want to run DNP and this is my problem, I will take it for the rest of my life if I can, you say that cuz I am « new » and you think that I am a lazy but you’re not right :)

sorry bro, YOU ARE LAZY, there is no excuse for that.
When i am on DNP i am watching everything even more carefully, 250g prot, 100g carbs, 50g fat. No shit food. 10k steps daily. Low volume workouts 3 times a week to hold on muscle without catabolizing it
Electrolytes and everything measured.
You are lazy, do not search excuses for it buddy..

You LOST 11 kg to get down to 25.5% body fat? Well good job. But you were pretty far along at one point.

Yea, if this is a lifelong thing, then you need to change your habits. No drug is going to be a magic fix for you. It's a slow process, but if you lost 11 kg in 3-4 months, it's reasonable to assume you'll continue to lose weight at that same rate in another 3-4 months unless you're doing so fucked up weird diet. Weight loss over a long term is generally easily maintained, whereas short-term weight loss is going to bounce right back.

Nooo I was at 27-30% bf and after 3-4 month I was at 16-17%.

After this weight loss diet, I knew that I will buy DNP so I eaten everything, I know it was very bad but I thought that DNP will works well for me, but its ok, this is the 5th day of DNP, I have the time
 
in my opinion, DNP is best utilized for "mini cuts" during a longer buling phase.
bulk for 10-12 weeks, 2-3 weeks DNP minicut, 10-12week bulk, 2-3 weeks DNP minicut. The minicut is as lay out by me very low in kcals/carbs and the purpose is to reset insuline sensitivity while reducing body fat to allow for a leaner bulk.

I dont see the purpose ramping up your metabolism for a regular cut, because as @BigBaldBeardGuy mentioned, you are not able to hold this deficit long-term without using DNP longterm which is not advised..

you are not making it better my friend.
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. You are using excuses or tools to stuff yourself with crap food. Makes no fucken sense. I can understand if one does a cheat day every 2 weeks for that purpose, but this wont bring you to 30% BF

Bro yesterday I went to the gym so you can say me that I am lazy, I ate some cakes because it was monday and my gym is open the Thursday and Tuesday (the gym is in my school), I know what I do bro don’t worry, it was the Cheat Meal day :)
