Doc log

You finding the cheque drops helpful? I've always wanted to try them. Both for grappling and for weightlifting. Although I feel halo would suit me more in the weights room than cheque drops.

Never tried heque drops although thinking of buying next purchase I make.

Halo is my true love at this point. I would do terrible things for a brick of halo.

Monday 11/20/17

Squats: 3x5
OHP: 3x5
Deadlifts: 3x5
DB curls: 3x9
CG Bench: 3x10
Side lateral raises: 2x10
rotator cuff shit: 3x5

Was running on empty today all day. Been sick since last week and lost my voice over the weekend, sore throat, headaches, sweating, congestion, and lots of phlegm but had an amazing workout nonetheless. Squats felt great, OHP had good speed and no elbow pain, and deadlifts felt the best they've felt in a long time. Overall very happy with today's workout.

Not even looking at a meet schedule yet Hawk. It will almost certainly be in the later part of 2018 so I have plenty of time. My working sets are still light compared to where I was so my focus now is getting back to the "old" doc and then going to set some new PRs after.

Gotcha.

It's like once you start looking for meets it's hard to get it out of your mind. For me anyways...

I never hit the cycle log section so I completely missed this Doc.

I like the 15 to 20 working sets per session. Right up my alley.

Following now for the lifting and the appropriate amount of homo you always bring.

Totally understand. Keep building that base...

That's the plan. I should be able to get a pretty easy 450-500 squat in the next few months without wraps if all goes well. Once I hit that I will start thinking of planning a meet then getting back on board with coach POB.

I usually don't either MP but there are several logs here I keep track of (ProdigalSon, Perrin, Wunder, Rodger, Icky, and some other PLers/strength guys).

I will be bringing homo to the next level just for you buddy. Think tie dye Capri pants, sock less boat shoes, and lots of lisp.....
