does clen increase caloric expenditure?

this may seem like a stupid question but there’s a LOT of conflicting info online.

yes ik u need a calorie deficit to lose weight, however i’m a short ass person (and female) so my TDEE is so stupidly low. i was just wondering if clen raised my TDEE at all.

eg. if my TDEE was 1500 and i ate 1500, i’d maintain. however if i were to taken clen and eat 1500, would that create somewhat of a deficit?

or am i being delusional and just hoping for the best.

appreciate any help, thanks :)

Here is something to read, I won't go over it. Short answer is yes, from both personal experience and from medical side.
