Did they cut him open? I was like that last year when they took my actual Gal Bladder out...shit was terrible. Luckily for me, they did an endoscopy procedure this time, and were able to remove everything orally...my throat has been sore for 3 days, but that’s a small price to pay to not be cut open again. Apart from the unwanted 3 day fast, I feel better than I’ve felt in about 8 months...At one point, I thought it was the AAS, but my doses have been so low that it was nearly impossible. It got to the point about 3 months ago that I was in constant throbbing pain at the same place where it was before my surgery, which made no sense (not enough for the hospital, but enough for a shit ton of excedrin every day)...finally it got so bad my wife forced me to go in, and they found a bunch more stones and “sludge” that crystallized inside the stent they left, which prevented my stomach from making bile...fun times. After that’s been removed, the difference is night and day.

Fuck man! I hated having a catheter the one time I needed it, I can’t imagine getting surgery THROUGH my dick...These types of things are no joke tho.

Body comp / cycle update: Once this EQ is done, I’ll be adding Tren @400-600 + Var @50mg to help speed things up. Looking at 210-220 before August. I’ll then take Sept-Nov off and cruise while eating maintenance, until Dec, where I’ll start a proper bulk (Deca + mast). Gonna try to stay as lean as possible while bulking. Gonna try to go 20 weeks and switch training up back to conjugate and get some strength back.

-Physique: DYEL? Things really are looking good now. I can’t do much for the loose skin, but god damn my arms have actually grown on 200 Tren 100-200 test, while in a deficit. Seeing a lot of vascularity in my arms that I’ve never seen before. Feels good bros.

-Woke up at 235 today. Feeling good to continue cutting lower...I haven’t really lowered my carbs much at all; in fact I raised them again from 180 > Eating 250g on lift days / 140g on off days. I have to admit tho, i don’t eat the recommended amount of fats on most days (55-70g)...it just doesn’t really fit into my diet. I’m eating 30-40g most days. For being this deep in, I feel really good minus the strength loss.

-4 am starts are taking a toll on me... cutting down the overall volume a bit for now. Still gonna add the conditioning, but session time / volume will have to be reduced to around ~1hr...good thing is that we slow down in the winter, and that’s bulking seasonb.
