-Woke up at 235 today. Feeling good to continue cutting lower...I haven’t really lowered my carbs much at all; in fact I raised them again from 180 > Eating 250g on lift days / 140g on off days. I have to admit tho, i don’t eat the recommended amount of fats on most days (55-70g)...it just doesn’t really fit into my diet. I’m eating 30-40g most days. For being this deep in, I feel really good minus the strength loss.

-Kinda impressed myself here...I think the seated dips (and obviously weight loss) have helped, lol. When I was 270+ I could only do half a dip, couldn’t manage full ROM—these were 8 perfect dips @235
