What I did is I went to my doctor because my hct was 58. She sent me to a hematologist and now I go in monthly to check hct. If it is high they drop 400ml if its cool I go home.

I just can see doing that myself. I never mentioned steroids. They treat the symptoms. They have to know because my epo is in the dirt. Fsh and lh are low? I would be interested to hear from members who do this at home.

my doctor wrote me a phelbotomy script...i can drain every 8 days until my hematocrit is 41. thats your safest option

Make sure you're hydrated as @CuriousGeorge247 was saying. Still takes 10-15 minutes to drain a pint as it tends to slow down after a bit.

I took some aspirin and a cials today trying to get some water in also I have soft ball tonight and will try when I get him

I lucked out and never hurt any of mine in all my years of shooting dope.

Yeah, I've always been extremely vascular. I think having big and healthy veins was what kept them from collapsing on me.

What do you say to get this though? You get bloods and just say you've heard of this as an option or something?

I usually use the one at the elbow, but i have used one on the back of my forearm up near my wrist once or twice.

This would be great! Are you positive it is for hematocrit though? I believe what they check for at the donation center is iron count.

It measures hemoglobin. You take that number and multiply by 3. That will give you the hemocrit number.

Mine specializes in HRT. They work with a lot of guys like us.

If you can somehow find a practice like this you'll be in good shape.
