I placed two orders - one on 22 Nov. that was delayed due to banks and still hasn't showed.

Another on 29 Nov. that was shipped on 04 Dec. and just arrived today morning.
So that was 5 days for touch down (including a weekend) - which is honestly crazy fast.

You probably paid for these orders with different payment methods, or at least with different bank payments. Some of the banks that we used worked fine, but the other part began to delay payments.

Every day we still receive some payments that were made on the 20th of November and gradually these orders are being shipped from our warehouses.

Ordered on the 28th of November and got my package today. Everything was good and communication was good (replied within 24hr) there isn’t really more to say. I’ve ordered on BF sales from Amazon that still haven’t arrived.

My payment was received last Tuesday (a week ago), but still no shipment. Is this normal?

I have not heard back from support either.
