sorry if i break rules but @Ninjarello1 i had same doubt as you before but for different brand and I got this response

vials have preservatives were ampoules are not meant to be kept once opened even preloaded as can grow bacteria.

so maybe someone can confirm if the ampules you have preservatives added?

Yes, we use exactly the same mix in ampoules and vials both.
and idk for how long you will keep the opened ampule content in the vial, but this idea sounds dangerous.

this does not meet with stormy approval from doctors as well, however, practice reliably shows the viability of this method!
