Yes, the caps, printing color, and batch application method may vary. The main thing you need to check is the verification code.Have you changed the font for the batch number and expiry date?

If you have written to our customer support team on the website, they will find a solution for you. This happens sometimes; courier services make mistakes, especially in Germany. We usually resolve such cases together with our logistics partners.
