ECA Stack

Would like to get some people's opinions on the ECA Stack......with the doses of 25mg ephedrine hcl, 200mg of caffeine, and 300mg of aspirin....how would you recommend it to be taken ( weekly and for for how long ) If anyone has used it, and if it was effective for them? Also if you suggest the aspirin or just use the E/C instead?

25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 1,000mg tyrosine. Start at 2x/day, with the last dose being no less than 8-10 hours before your bedtime. That will likely mean you take a dose first thing in the morning and again at noon/lunch. Leave out the aspirin, its worthless and can cause significant damage to your stomach.

As for how long to run it....as long as you want to or until you reach your goal.
 
Wouldn't it be better to use a mild anabolic and a diet? the reason i say that is because E and C make most people uneasy most of the day. Why would anyone want to feel like that
 
Ephedrine rules!

Plus, youre talking about two different things. EC is used for fat-burning. AAS would be used as an anti-catabolic. You could certainly combine diet, EC, and AAS for a very good punch. But maybe this guy doesnt want to use AAS. EC is his best semi-legal combination to use. Its effective, proven, and is inexpensive.
 
Even better drop the aspirin and replace it with yohimbine. Yohimbine is an alpha-antagonist while ephedrine is a beta-agonist. The combination push-pulls you into fat loss.

Taking ephedrine and yohimbe at the same time is potentially very dangerous and is not recommended.
 
You can get caffeine at Walmart or similar store. The least expensive Ive found is Jet Alert at K-mart. For ephedrine, try 1fast400.com
 
Ephedrine HCl is the best to use. You will experience fewer side effects and have more accurate dosing than you will with the herbal ephedra.

Thanks for the info......you say start out a 2x a day....should it go up from there? or is that a good dosage? Also what is a realistic outcome of this with a good diet and workout routine.....thanks for everyones responses!!
