When u order the lc/ms testing method...labcorps says it can take up to 7 business days to recieve results.
For The capped test they say 3 days.
I usually get my uncapped results in 3 to 5..
I think it has to do with how busy the testing lab in your region is.

Well the bloods i just posted were drawn on tuesday morning and i got the results here on thursday night.
But they said it could be up to 7 business days...
Go figure...

I got Test, IGF, lipids and other BW done and it took literally 7 whole business days. Drawn on Wednesday and back the following Friday. Then the following week he IGF drawn and bloods back within 48 hours. So it just depends on the test and how busy the lab is when they receive the sample

Edit: but average seems to be 3-4 days for me
