You sterilize your hands, you put gloves on, you place your un- sterile vials in the autoclave, you run the autoclave, you change gloves, you pull out your now sterile vials wearing your sterile gloves and place them on your sterile work surface, you then put your sterile oil in inside of vials, you seal the vials with your sterile stoppers and crimper. Poof you have completely sterile oil.

He says the only reason pharmaceutical companies sterilize vials is bc of federal regulations then conveniently ignores why those same federal regulations exist in the first place lol.
