He says the only reason pharmaceutical companies sterilize vials is bc of federal regulations then conveniently ignores why those same federal regulations exist in the first place lol.

I wouldn't have moved if I was his neighbor. I don't laugh nearly enough as I should. It would be like having Chris Rock as my neighbor lol. Plus I'd be able to hear him screaming everytime a guy messaged his ex on the dating sites...

I've gotten death threats online. This is amateurish shitposting. Try harder.

I think I'm gonna look that chick up... I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

No, that's not good enough. That's a cop out. They are simple questions. Just answer them and seriously I'll go away. If you know, just explain.

when you take the unsealed vials out of the autoclave, the work environment is completely sterile, including the air and all surfaces? The gear you add is totally sterile as well? How do you transfer the gear into the open vials?
@doc187123 its your turn bro lol answer his questions [emoji23]

His only argument since no one seems to notice is that the air is not sterile. True. The air will never be sterile unless you're in a "clean" room, with filtered air pumped in and exchanged... Yes troll, you win on an extremely moot point.

Please climb your ass back up the basement stairs in your mom's house, refill your bowl of cheese puffs, take a look outside at the cruel world, shudder, and return to your computer to troll another forum, another day.

a moot point? I used to grow shrooms, a hobby that requires sterility. if you expose a sterilized medium or substrate to the open air it will contaminate 90% of the time.

so having your vials exposed in the open air after the autoclave makes them non sterile. So you just fucked up the whole sterility chain right there. And I'm the retard?

you sure are making me look stupid. you are doing exceedingly well. keep it up! all your butt buddies are supporting you!

I have no need to make death threats towards anybody, least of all someone as misinformed as you. Darwin will take care of it.

So if this is amateurish then why haven't you answered the question yet. I asked why pharmaceutical companies are required to sterilize their vials. You said bc they're under federal regulations. I then asked why those federal regulations existed to mandate pharma companies to aseptically sterilize their vials if terminal sterilization isn't an option.

Because it has nothing to do with the discussion. Those companies have to comply with federal regulations. Why do those federal regulations exists? Because they do? What kind of question is that? You are trying to trip me up by asking erroneous questions. I don't know anything about the process for determining sterilization protocols for pharmaceutical companies, and it has nothing to do with this discussion. We're talking about sterilization methods for UGL's, if you weren't aware.

I think we are confusing sterile vs aspectic technique. There is a pretty big difference. I'd just say we can end this argument by stating there is no UGL using sterile techniques. I hope this is what @cdt5074 is getting at. In the field of production etc, there is a huge difference between the two. Mostly for brewing AAS we are trying to achieve aseptic conditions. I'm impressed if anyone has a cleanroom in their place of residence. Without sharing too much, I come from 20+ years dealing directly with industrial microbiology and pharmaceuticals. Problem with autoclaving...that glass needs to be clean before autoclaving. If that glass is full of debris...still going to be full of sterile debris when autoclaved. Better off lightly covering with foil and baking after cleaned. Then using aseptic techniques to fill the vials and replace the tops aseptically as possible...which is what @colossus25 has described.

Thank you!! Someone with much more experience and knowledge has spoken.

Also regardless of all the above, I would never suggest dissolving hormones in oil and injecting them in oneself. Filters are that that expensive and neither is BA. Were not here to condone junkie practices. Were you serious? Come on brother, be careful. Oil doesn't have a lot of nutrients for quick contamination, but butter goes rancid due to contaminants. There are specific organisms that will grow in there...they may not like your glute much, but still not worth the unnecessary risk.

I don't want to play a "Know-it-all" as I'm always learning myself. I have just been in a lot of situations where I've learned a good amount that can be applied directly. I have never worked in a pharmaceutical company however...I would never like being under those strict regulation. Who doesn't like a good pube in vial every once in a while anyway??? Its a great conversation starter.

I have no idea without searching for him, who that is. I recall seeing the name but getting too old to remember anything. I'm too old to understand those emojis too. I need to take a class or something.

The pube comment was just something stupid. When I was in college in Animal physiology, we had to do a chemical analysis on our urine. Everyone in class was assigned different drinks (only drink allowed that day). We drank a ton...every 20 minutes that day (or something like that) we had to go to the restroom and piss in a glass (plastic cubs we were provided). My lab partner and I would also pull a few pubes and put in our glasses...it was funny...at least to us. Probably not nearly as funny as getting one in your gear ;-)

Atlas was a guy who tried to source here and actually sold a bottle that had a pube in it.

Real Atlas labs

Edit: it might not have been a pube, but that makes for a much better story LOL
