My wife, has made it clear to me that she believes it is unlikely endotoxin testing will accomplish much of anything. I do not know the answer, but I believe the current demands have not gained traction.

I suppose all things take time but they also have to be done the right, rational way.

But, as you say, not many of these tests have been conducted and they have all been negative.
Small numbers, so still no data, so it doesn't mean it has no application?

How about you start it afresh, leave this here, do a V2, copying the relevant/good stuff at the beginning so it can progress the way it should?
All the info in order, easily accessible.

Your point?

1. Are the results to date valid given the oil matrix of the injectable AAS tested?

2. Is there additional work needed to confirm validity of the method?

3. Have we reached a statistically valid sample size with the testing?

5. Does that pharmacy test each batch of parenterals for sterility and endotoxins? Are you confusing sterility and endotoxins here?

Thread scope:

Thread to track all of the great vendor / member activities in the enhanced testing arena. The other thread covers only Projects 1 - 3 (demonstration); vendor/member activity can be found.

Slowly a surveillance database for raw AAS and GH quality/impurities can be built for additional testing (additional to API purity, HPLC, etc ). If nothing is found then that's a great result to track as well. The data will be available for those interested.

Scope:

1. Hplc Purity
2. GCMS
3. Expanded metals list
4. Endotoxins
5. Residual solvents
6. Sterility

Vendors and members: please share your results here as they become available.

Wait I thought you weren’t the leader here yet you keep talking and trying to take control. You said a couple days ago you’re responsible for leading the testing and will be crucified if you don’t but get attacked when you do. Now you’re saying you never wanted to be the leader. You keep bouncing back and forth just like how you were going to be quiet and take a step back then seconds later decided nah.
