pray that your reships dont go through chicago. i had one reship go through new jersey and another through new york. new jersey took over 2 months to get through customs but new york was about 9 days after being shipped

My original order and my reship were both seized. Sucks because the prices were good and I don’t mind the long shipping.

7 weeks!?!? I just had 2 packs come from Turkey that got here in NY in 9 days. However I have a pack from Thailand that’s been chilling for almost 6 weeks now.

I have a pack that's made it past NY customs, went to and left jamaica NY hub, and hasnt updated in 3 weeks. Not sure if I should assume its seized, lost, or just stuck in the USPS package overload.

Don’t sweat it bro. USPS is going full retard. I had a pack go from Jamaica to mid island distribution, to my hometown post office, then to a post office 40 minutes away, then back to mid island, then back to ISC then back to Jamaica, mid island and finally my post office.

Sorry there is no ETA as we only began with that carrier 1 week ago, however speeds to EU will be different for each EU country.

Chicago has been very cruel to Deus Medical packages, it appears that they are able to see if the package contains ampoules and specifically look for that.

All customs ports have varying processing times and customs do not process packages on a First-In-First-Out basis. For example, packages that arrive today may process before packages that arrived a week ago (This happens regularly). When there is a busy day customs will move packages of that day into a backlog and then process them later when they're more free.

US customs and USPS have both been very strange the last few months! We have seen a lot of packages go out of customs, towards the post office of the destination and then be recalled to Miami ISC and then sent back out to the customer. In this case, we think customs accidentally released packages without actually processing them.

When I ordered in december they had t4 in the international shop. I saw t3 in the european shop. Tiromel I think? The t4 I got is levothroxin. Still waiting lol, but they reshipped it last week.
