That it is a long time....the longest my pack has not updated is 9 days. Its has now entered US. 25 days to hit US and that is consistent with previous back ordered during/ since Pandemic.

I live in Germany and ordered some Fina from them and it took 5 weeks for the package to even leave Singapor for Germany.
Sadly it's common right now. We began reshipping all of the orders that entered Germany on 9th May assuming they were seized at US customs but then suddenly 1/4 of them updated and each day they have all began to update slowly (Some people are reporting this on SST).
We assume it is 9th May orders as for some reason they all stopped updating while those that entered on the 12th May did update at US customs. Customs are unpredictable and right now it doesn't work to compare shipping speeds of two different orders as they're all vastly different.
It is not something we can control, a mixture of slow carriers and slow customs are the culprit. Customs and carriers do not work on a first in first out basis unfortunately, orders shipped more recently can arrive quicker than those that shipped before them.
Our average is still currently 28 days, being an average it is expected that some will take longer than others.

That means there were very few flights to Germany. Postal services use commercial flights unlike private carriers (Fedex, UPS) that use their own fleet.
The speed will improve when people begin to travel internationally more!

It is not all doom and gloom! We are looking at transhipments, this means we ship from India to Singapore and then Singapore Post remail it. After the pandemic this should only add a few days on top of what express international was doing previously.
We are looking at alternative places to store stock too!
We are trying. It is a lot of stock! We have hundreds of thousands of tablets in Tamoxifen Citrate, Accutane and Clomid. We also have thousands of HCG.

Hey Expresspct, I was going to order some finasteride from your USA Shop but saw that its out of stock followed by just about everything else.
When do you guys plan to restock? Is it possible you can stock dutas? Dont want to buy from overseas supplier that try and bully into using checking account info. I like that you guys use bitcoin and would prefer it.

I feel a slight bit misled with the brand that you were selling for moda, turned out to not be the same listed. The brand has had many quality issues beforehand and I would have loved to know about the brand before purchase, Any reason for this?

When a brand is out of stock an alternative will be sent. Anecdotal reviews for Modafinil brands are not a good judgement of a brand, first of all we actually have testing on all brands we offer for Modafinil other than Modafil MD. We published them publicly in this thread and they were all the specified dose.
There is no such thing as quality issues unless you are referring to the manufacturing process, these are usually found during FDA inspections. There is only underdosed or overdosed which none of the brands are. I am 100% certain that these "quality issues" are all anecdotal and have never been tested as every test we've ever seen on the brands have been the advertised dose.
Modafinil is extremely subjective to the person, I am sure many can agree with this. You may take Modalert in the morning on an empty stomach and keep yourself hydrated, you have a good experience. The next day you try Modvigil with your breakfast and are dehydrated and have a bad experience, you now assume that Modalert is superior to Modvigil. There are too many factors with Modafinil that influence how it affects you on that day.
All of the brands are the same. If you wish to challenge this then please feel free to send them for testing and we will cover the bill because anecdotal reviews are an extremely bad way to judge the quality of Modafinil. None of these brands are made in a house, they are all made in licensed facilities, two of which are FDA approved (Sun Pharma & Centurion Labs).

You posted a lab report of the modvigil lab test, but that is not the issue, I went on your website and saw the results for vilafinil and they were on point. I was not questioning the amount of modafinil in the pill, but I was very concerned over the reputation of the brand, these are not ancedotal. Centurion Labs is a division of the centurion remedies pvt , buildings are next to eachother so under the assumption that they are essentially the same company, if the FDA provided non ancedotal feedback on the company would that then do anything to my claims or does it not matter?
And to that matter, do you pay per pill more or less for vilafinil compard to modvigil?
The images have arrows allowing you to see tests for all modafinil brands, it is not just Modvigil in the above tests!
Vilafinil and Modvigil cost the exact same for us, the only Modafinil brand to cost more is Modalert by Sun Pharmaceuticals. You will find the FDA have complaints on every company that they inspect, that is the point of the inspections, to make sure that they maintain quality and to improve. For example, Modalert by Sun Pharmaceuticals have a lot of FDA notices, far more than Centurion Labs despite being a billion dollar company and having USA offices. Even Pfizer has FDA warnings, more than Centurion Labs (Remedies). An FDA warning does not mean they have lost FDA approval, it only means there are areas to improve.
HAB Pharma are not FDA approved, they manufacture Modvigil. By that standard Vilafinil would be of a higher quality as Centurion Labs are inspected and approved by the FDA and so to keep that approval will always try to manufacture to a high standard. Hab Pharma cater to only the India market while Centurion Labs offers third party manufacturing for many USA companies hence.
Vilafinil is not of a lesser quality than Modvigil. By going off certifications, it would be of higher quality.

Reason why this is important to me is because consistent negligance in a company's processes lead to issues such as Centurion Labs Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Ninjacof (Lot # 200N1601) and Ninjacof A (Lot# 201NA1601) Products Due to Potential Burkholderia Cepacia Contamination.
Granted this was earlier, but the warning letter from the FDA from last year states this. ( Your firm failed to follow written procedures for cleaning and maintenance of equipment (21 CFR 211.67(b)).)
-Additionally, during the inspection, FDA investigator observed that equipment used to manufacture more than one product was inadequately maintained and cleaned. The equipment was found to have visible product build-up inside. Furthermore, the air filter of the equipment was damaged with multiple holes. This equipment was used to manufacture finished drug products shipped to the United States, the agency noted.
This company sells their product cheaper per pill, than modvigil in India, you say that you paid the same for it and I trust you. But the actual price per unit is cheaper for a reason .
My main issue is that as your customer this would be vital information to be placed, so I can then make a judgement off that.

You are providing an unfair comparison. You have provided an FDA warning for a company that is FDA inspected and then compared it to a company that is not FDA inspected and so you would never know if there were issues or if they followed FDA standards.
Just by being FDA inspected and approved should provide peace of mind that they follow a well-regulated standard and are held accountable for their actions. HAB Pharma (Modvigil) are not FDA inspected and so if there were any problems you would not know as their facilities are not checked, hence you will not find FDA warnings for them.
I would understand your complaint if you were comparing Vilafinil to Modalert as one is considerably more expensive and both are FDA inspected but you are providing an unfair comparison of two companies, one of which has never been FDA inspected and so are assuming it is of higher quality because you can't find an FDA warning of them (Which you will never find until they are FDA inspected).
There is not a single FDA company that does not have an FDA warning, many of which will have all had recalls.
Recalls are common in this industry and Centurion Labs are not the only company. Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the world and is US based as well as FDA approved:

Should we now assume Pfizer is not the golden standard for quality based on their repeated recalls and FDA warnings?
If you can find a top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer that has not had a recall, I would be very surprised. Recalls are done for the safety of others, in your post it says Centurion Labs did a voluntary recall, this shows them holding themselves accountable and putting themselves at risk to protect others. If you can find a top 10 FDA inspected company that has not had warnings, again, I would be very surprised.
Centurion Labs are a very higher standard and are still FDA approved, just as Pfizer are after their recalls for contaminants.
