Extreme DNP cycle

extreme in the fact that I am considering doing a PSMF style diet while running a moderate dosage of DNP for a 3 week cycle. The PSMF I am considering running will be that which is outlined in Lyle McDonalds The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook.

I am thinking about running 400 mg every day on this run, maybe more if the heat is still easily tolerable (I work in a cold storage environment, and now the weather is cooling off drastically)

Any input?

Yeah xJ-dogx, I haven't used DNP myself but have read a bit. From memory you do need more carbs when using it. I just checked now to be sure and this is what I found..

.....A lot of the side effects at least the more dangerous ones need to be addressed before I tell you how much DNP you can use, and for how long. First of all, you will want to make sure you are taking in enough carbs. Yeah, thats right, a ketogenic diet (thats a diet with no carbs, essentially) is too dangerous to consider with DNP use. In fact, I recommend taking in a good amount of carbs after your workouts, at least 1-2g/kg of bodyweight. Glucose metabolism is enhanced in less than a week (21), and Im wary of depriving your body of carbs while using DNP. All of these extra carbs are going to make you sweat more, as your body literally burns them up. Id still say you can take in as many carbs as you want& and youll want a lot (carb-cravings are a side effect of DNP use).

Slow and steady always wins bro.Especially with diets and maintaining muscle.

I think I have read here on before that carbs are not really a necessity when running DNP - although you do become much hotter after ingesting a sizable amount.
I have run DNP in the past with a low-moderate carb intake, and results were still favorable.

You do not need carbs to make DNP work. It only brings out the sides. You can run keto diets on DNP, but some people may experience some hypoglycemic type effects. 400 - and I assume you're talking powder not crystalline - during the winter and while working in a cold storage facility sounds like it would be tolerated quite well. No booze, no recs, lots of water and you'll see great results. Don't get frustrated from how bloated you'll look/feel while on.
