So the other day I was shopping at Sams Club for some good low/no-fat refeed foods. Bagels, check. Gatorade, check. Fat free potato chips?
I thought, what the hell, Ill give em a try. Taste and texture was ok, but more crunchy than normal chips (btw, I almost never eat chips). I was busy doin something else and not really paying attention to my fat free potato chip intake. Suffice to say, it was a pretty good amount. About an hour later (noon) I end up with the worst case of gas you could imagine! I mean, Ive got more gas than Texaco! The ceiling paint over my office chair was starting to flake off by 1pm! It is now 13 hours after eating those damn chips and I now need to repaint the entire downstairs!! Instead of banning ephedra and prohormones, the FDA needs to ban fake fat!!
