That's not really true. I played baseball for a Division I NCAA baseball team for 4 years (2002-2006). I knew plenty of people on our team who took steroids. None were ever caught. The NCAA only tested our team once in that 4 year period. So maybe the NCAA isn't catching a lot of people using steroids, but that's mainly because they really only test the high profile universities, and they currently test only during the school year. Many people, at least the ones with any brains, take the steroids during the spring and summer. That way in August it's out of their system when they come back to school.
