Bro...u need to get on that adex now. 225???Got my midcycle bloods and they are a mixed bag. My estro has gone thru the roof yet I had no issues with nips. I have adex ready if needed and not sure of dosing it.
I am also aware this was capped and I ordered the wrong test for testosterone level, but I can tell the gear I was using is working.

Could not believe how my e2 got that high and just running plain test and proviron. Gonna crush it down hard...
I wouldn't do anything if you aren't getting any e2 symptoms or sides. If you're feeling good then continue on. I'm not a fan of taking AI when there are no symptoms and you're feeling good.
Does proviron skew the e2 value?I wouldn't do anything if you aren't getting any e2 symptoms or sides. If you're feeling good then continue on. I'm not a fan of taking AI when there are no symptoms present.
Never had health issues prior to starting and thought my lung infection cleared up but apparently not as I now have bronchitis. I am going to run the adex to see if that helps things a bit here. He's sick so maybe his side's are just a result of being sick but high estro can make you feel rough too... Better to knock it down and see how he feels.

Thanks will take a read. Not to my knowledge.
Check out this thread on using / not using AI's without e2 symptoms but with elevated e2 like yours, particularly pay attention to Docd's and ChestRockwells posts in that thread.
Why do some people suggest am AI during a cycle?
tl;dr : taking an AI with no sides present is for the birds.

This is interesting...back in 2000 or so when i first started, i cant remember AIs being around. If you got itchy nips, you took clomid. That was it. Fast forward years later and ive been going with the norm of always using an AI. It definitely sucks mentally to get everything dialed in to the "right" dose. So overall, in the long term, bad idea?Pretty non-specific symptoms though. IME adding an AI or changing AI dose to address something that general will just complicate things further, possibly making him feel worse. AI's are a pain in the ass and I never advocate their use unless there are specific e2 symptoms, and if gyno is the only symptom I skip the AI and suggest a SERM instead.

OK took a read and there's been suggestion to use an AI only if needed. So far my moods have been good (knock on wood!). In my case I'll just take 1 mg split into .5 over 3 days just to see what happens when I knock e2 down a peg.Pretty non-specific symptoms though. IME adding an AI or changing AI dose to address something that general will just complicate things further, possibly making a lifter feel shittier.
