First anavar cycle female

Here are some before/afters fron aboUT a year ago..

My husband passed when our daughter was 1. I had gained tons of weight during pregnancy and post, and his death just ensured i didnt focus on losing any weight. A year later I had gotten out of the fog of grief and mourning and only 27 years old. I knew i had to do something. Plus I had this beautiful little girl to be a role model to, and I didn't have time for being sorry, lonely and fat.

I cut down from 275 to 205 through cardio/circuit training and diet at a bootcamp I went to for a year and a half. Then I stopped making progress and it was $$$, so I went on some forums and powerlifting piqued my interest. I started with the bar and went to a plate bench, 225 squat and 225 DL. My weight went down like 10lbs only, but i did some serious body recomp. I was in a nice relationship with a super stand up guy, except for the fact he was an alcoholic bartender, and my eating, sleeping and drinking started to be awful. We parted ways and he's a good friend, but as a boyfriend he was a dead weight. I'd rather be deadlifting the bar, to be honest.

Then I went on a VLCD and lost 55ish in 4 months on 600ish cals a day, 185g of protein and only trace carbs and fat. I lost a lot of strength and although I was at 145 lbs, I was skinny, flabby and weak. I continued to lift on this diet too, and I was miserable in the 4th month. I was skinny though!! and I got so, so many compliments. Again, I faced my role as a mom: I was hungry, tired, grumpy and obsessive about food. No time for that shit with a 5 year old girl to parent.

I was completely carb depleted, so I gained about 10 lbs post diet as I tried to rehab from essentially consciously starving myself. Then I refed, ran a deadlift block and put 70lbs on my deadlift and 10 lbs on my arse...and that brought me to this year. That was over a span of 5 years. My kiddo is 7 now.

Much healthier, stronger, and leaner.

Thanks guys! I am nothing like the shredded dudes on this forum, but wanted to share with those following my log.

Lifting heavy is really empowering and theraputic, regardless of gender, but it's really helped me become a better mom and a bether woman overall. Every time my attitude was unhealthy, at both ends of the spectrum, I turned to lifting to work it out. As a result, nutrition got better, habits got better and I got better. So cheesy and cliche, but so very true.

Congrats. Youve been through a lot, it shows a lot more strength doing what youve done than lifting any amount of weights in the gym.

Youve already shown great progress, Im really excited to see where you go from here. And like Ive already said, you gotta do a meet at some point.

P.S. Love the rainbow "stickers", really goes with the Happy Camper name.

Don't know if anyone is into backcountry hiking and camping, but it's an amazing feeling to hike up a steep mountain with a heavy pack, and finally arrive at the campsite, take off your dirty, stinky boots, set up your tent and pull out the beer you've rolled up in your sleeping bag...crack it open under the stars or a running stream or by a crackling fire or even under a rainbow.

You'll be a happy camper, even with a summit to wake up to.

Life is good! :)

Me and my girl are planning on doing san gorgonio peak soon at big bear mtn. 11,000 ft elevation at its peak. You should join us!

I believe Vivian is second or 3rd highest peak, we wanna go big or go home. All day hike from sun up to sun down but doable in just 1 day

Yeah for sure. My friend and I just love camping out so we went up the vivian creek side, hiked to the site (that trail has the steepest incline in the shortest amount of distance) then summited to the peak and returned the next day.

San Jacinto is also amazing.

Come to Canada and we have a wonderland of hikes you can do. Longest stint I've done it 23 days but there are a lot of great day or weekend hikes especially in BC

Banff is a great place for sure spent 14 days there this past summer. Another great one is garabaldi just outside of whistler, 8700 total elevation gain and a lake at the top and many peaks to summit
Gosh, that sounds heavenly. So many places, so little time. Thankfully I got Europe and the Middle East out of the way in college and I can spend the rest of my years away from crowds and tourists in remote locations.

Rogue had some oly shoes on sale but I like the chucks I find at Ross in the boys section for 10 bucks. Can't make the plunge but I know the elevated heel is supposed to be helpful.

You must be my soulmate. Camping, hiking (hopefully kayaking) and juicing.
