First Cycle 46yo, Test P/Mast P kind of a fat ass

Ill take advice, but I have been lifting for years(not to the level of many on here... No way) and I AM TAKING MAST TO KEEP ESTROGEN SIDES DOWN. It also has bulking properties even if thats not its intended use. I believe? If im wrong I'll listen.

I may just quit damn it. I spent two hours hugging my dog telling him how much I loved him and got choked up at the show Supernatural yesterday. So Mast DOES NOT lower estrogen. Plus my nipples are pointy as heck ALL THE TIME now and the post everyone f'n skipped about my totally fine big dong failed me horribly on my once a year getting laid day. And that chick was rich too. So back to my dump when I couldve been living with class BECAUSE OF SIDES

Just go on a nice uncomplicated TRT+ dose and stick to PEDs that ensure a "Performance Enhanced Dick" before you end up broke with only your shack cat to admire your muscles.

Well, my dick can flop around for awhile now. I have some 27g and better dick pills. Now im thinking I better get some arimidex. Or up Mast

Dude, honestly not that I'm trying to insult you or something, but you must master the diet first before touching steroids. You can significantly change your physique without any kind of synthetic assist. Remember drugs are like that 10-15% and diet with proper training is like 80% of results, not the other way around. You gotta do better or you will just spin your wheels regardless if you use steroids or not.

Semaglutide and Testosterone 200mg/week as TRT will do wonders as a combo. Keeping muscle mass on Sema is the biggest issue, and Test makes that a lot easier.

Dude. Ive been up and down in weight my whole life. Ive run marathons and lifted like mad . Im just trying to muscle up now. And get in shape. 2 mile run today and two hours lifting. That pic is week one. Lets see if I can do it. I dont drink and party much anymore. Thats what used to send me off the rails when younger...boohoo

Ouch bud …. I’m with @lukiss96, not being a dick but your upwards of 30-35% bf. To high to be putting gear in your body. If anything, which you may need … you should be doing 150-175mgs test total a week and inject it 3 times a week or more. 50-60 mgs Monday / Thursday / Saturday.

Cardio/cardio/cardio and weights 3-4 times a week reps of 10-15.

If it's not TRT + Tirzepatide is the way to go

Having used both for years now, and on a pharma Tirz (Zepbound) maintenance dose, Sema is far more bang for the buck. 2.4mg max dose vs 15mg.

Tirz has fewer sides, a slightly higher max weight loss (according to the trials), and better liver fat clearing, but unless money's no object, I think Sema's the way to go.

Haven't been able to fill my script for months, now I'm using 60mg a month UGL Tirz instead of 10mg Sema.
 
I'm absolutely not a troll account. Had too many drinks last night. Sugary garbage and its a shock after eating right and working out how one night set me back....or feels like it with the bloating. Oh, well. Ran short hill run this morning and back at the gymnasium now. Im a guy that has worked out, a lot of cardio and lifting for quite awhile and even though I can lift decent weight and run for miles ALWAYS looks in bad shape with my shirt off. Gaining and losing weight over the years has given me a look like I'm melting. Im looking to fill my skin sack up with muscle
