That's 600 mg a week and prop is stronger in a sense due to shorter ester so it would be even more test compared to an enanthate or cypionate ester.

Just throwing that out there since OP wanted to go on the low side...

Your right. I forgot he mentioned being on the low side for first round. I automatically went to 500. Thought behind it was 150 mg x 3.5 days would be 525 per week. Take into account prop be a tad stronger yada yada yada.

It's true... I just always think EOD as M/W/F/S @ 150 ea. So x 4 = 600 mg

Extremely take it slow something you only need a very small pct on in my opinion stick with a low dose of prop do not I repeat do not... Take any thing stronger like someone has said... because even the most happy upbeat mother truckers on this forum crash and crash hard, if they have to come off gear very fast and that would fuck you right up wish you all the best mate.
(Plus the stronger stuff might make you look like a baboons arse gear destroyed my hair line big time )

Or, it still worries you. Then you don't fucking play with shit you can't handle right now. You'll get there soon enough, no shame in working on other stuff for a while.

Be honest with yourself. If you're ready, hit it the easy way. Enanthate, 500mg/wk.

12 is normal.
Please research the shit out of this before you pull the trigger. Even done correctly a steroid cycle can have negative consequences. Do it wrong and you can really mess your self up, ie nice muscles but a limp dick and small titties.
You should be anxious about this, it's serious shit.
