Can I ask how much test /deca you did .Yes seems really good for 51 ....What was your recovery like .Do you get blood work and does your natural testosterone kick back in good
 
Started w/QV Test E 500mg per week & QV Deca 300mg per week, increased to ~750 & 450 towards end.

Started Anastrozole (Arimidex) about mid way through cycle due to slight tenderness in nipples, once started that went away.

I have had no issues other then that balls have not shrunk, nothing....

Again, absolutely no issues with anything.

Have not had blood work.

Have decided to continue cycle for a little longer, total cycle will be ~15 weeks, I know a little long, but since no issues with anything I don't see this as being a major issue.

Doing 3 x testoviron depot 250mg 'test enanthate' (schering, pakistan) & 1 x equipoise 500mg/10ml vial per week right now.

Total TestE will be 2 x QV 250mg/10ml & 20 x 250/1ml, total other will be 1 x 300mg/10ml Deca & 1 x 500mg/10ml EQ.

Note: This test E and EQ is much smoother then QV TestE and Deca, I would think partly because of more experience with pins.

PCT at end of cycle will be HCG & Novadex

1st 3 - 4 weeks
500 > QV TestE
300 > QV Deca

then bumped it to 750 / 450

NO NOTICABLE SIDE EFFECTS, no shrinking balls, slight tenderness to nipples added Armidex once per day, and that went away.

right now doing 250 > TestE (Schering, Pakistan) every 3 days with QTP 250 EQ.

In 7 months (since Feb.)

Bench has gone from <225 to 335
That's 10lbs more then my personal best back in 1999

Squat has gone from ~225 to 315
Leg Press has gone from 360 to 900

I am tall 6'2" short legs, but long trunk.

Deadlift from ~225 to 365

Note: Have stopped deads for right now due to lower back pain (hey I am 51..)

All this is a little misleading, since I have been lifting for about 15 years and I have a lot of muscle memory, i.e. I have been fairly strong before, so with a lot of work in the gym and the AAS I recovered what I used to have quickly and then have made solid gains.

Goal is to do a 400lb bench by Feb of next year.

Goal is to drop another 4%BF, down to 10%

Well let's fast forward 3 and 1/2 years, I will be 55 in 4 days (January 4th).

I am not lifting any more, I'm actually doing Mixed Martial Arts, yes MMA.

Started about 2.5 years ago, I full contact spar about 3 times a week, and do super high intensity MMA style cardio / strength training about 4 days a week.

I am in best shape of my life, and loving it.

and yes, I still do a weekly maintenance testosterone cypionate.

I will add more measurements later, but still 6' 2", weighing in at about 215 - 220. Wearing 33 in jeans, and with 18 inch neck.

Can I ask how much of a maintenance dose you do please?

Sure doc wants me at 200mg once a week, I usually do between 200 and 300, week in and week out.

Sex drive is excellent, thank you very much.
Since primary exercise
Kick boxing (~3 > 1 hour sessions per week)
Plus Super high entensity strength / cardio (~3 - ~4 times a week)
Recoverability is very good.

Beauty of this for an old man like me :D, is I do go to a Doc, he does closely monitor all my blood work (twice a year), and I do just run over to pharmacy to pick my script up.

Hey Mikelee- can you give some more info on you weekly maintenance of cyp? Anything besides that? HCG?
