LOG AFTER 1WEEK EXACT: keep in mind I’m following a 3000kal diet, not super clean.
Workout those days has been great, I’m never tired, muscles are pretty pumped, and I’m actually less bloated than before (I had recently some hormonal problems which made my stomach pretty bloated).
This week I trained legs 3 times which wasn’t possible in the past as they were so sore that I could train them just 2 times per week.
Haven’t felt any sides at all, no problems sleeping, no nausea, or anything else, just some bad mood swings the first 2 days as I said.
Excuse my non existent arms which I haven’t really been training except for dips.
