4TH WEEK: i’m Actually using 10mg per day of Var, still 3000kal per day, working out like crazy, I actually got 1day off as i was getting too stressed.
As mentioned before I never and still don’t have any sides at all, I even got my period on perfect time.
I’m doing this log because I actually never weighted myself those weeks, but my starting weight was 53kg, and what happened today is that 3 of my jeans wouldn’t fit my legs, so just to be curious I weighted myself and my actual weight is 57kg, I was so shocked! I never got until this weight even in bulking season, my maximum has always been 55kg, and I feel so excited right now, I’m actually in love with the Var!
Next week I’ll probably increase to 15mg per day as I’m loving the results!
