First cycle with Testosterone Enanthate

Hi guys. I am soon going to start my first-ever cycle and have some open questions. Naturally, I have read up on all topics but still would like to hear your opinions.

About myself:
- 27 years old
- 90kg at 18% body fat (rough estimate based on previous experience)
- been working out for about six years now and have come to a plateau
- my FAI is currently at 51% (which is at the far lower range of the spectrum)
- overall testosterone at 20566 nmol/L

So I plan to start a 12 week long Enanthate cycle with 300mg per week in two doses using insulin needles. As I have never used any steroids before, I think this is enough to start with. At least, that is what I have read multiple times over. I don't want to get incredibly huge; I just want to get back to my previous levels and overcome my current plateau.

I have open questions regarding PCT. From what I have heard so far, the drug with the least risk of prolonging issues is Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex). I will use it daily, a week after my last shot, and in total for four consecutive weeks.
- I am not sure how much I should take per day (20 or 30mg per day?)
- does it make sense to use it during the cycle already to prevent the buildup of breast tissue?

I will also take Isotretinoin as I still have a bit of acne on my back, and I guess it would only worsen. I already get it prescribed at 20mg per day but may ask for a higher dosage if necessary.

whats your height? im 91kg at 184cm, if you say 18% bf and your shorter, its probably higher and your fat you should trim down first.
300mg test a week is good enough but your starting pct wayyyy to early. wait like 18 days not a week. Theres several tamoxifen protocols.
1) 120mg first two days then 20mg a day for 39 days total or wtvr
2) first week 40mg a day, second 30mg a day, third and 4th weekd 20mg a day
3) any other variation 40 mg first two weeks then 30mg third week, 20mg last week
lots of variations, dont take it during cycle unless you feel itchy nips.
Dont use an insulin needle for 0.5ml it will take so longg just 27guage.

Should I take anything else during the cycle? I read that some people use 12.5mg Aromasin per day.
 
If you're wanting your levels back to normal it would be a good idea to get blood work done before so you know what normal is. Most people will also recommend HCG during the cycle or after for PCT

Keep aromasin on hand, but it's unlikely you will need it. If you get signs of high estradiol, taper it up until symptoms go away rather than nuking it. Crashed e2 is far worse than high in my books

I recently did get blood work done and got values for FAI, hFSH, hLH, PRL, SHBG and Testo. Is there anything missing from that list? If so I have to find another lab.

I'd just lose a few pounds. Get a bit leaner. This isn't some parotted for health thing. I'm just speaking in regards to end result of the cycle. He already has decent fat on him. By the end of the blast and eating in a surplus itll be even higher. And he'll have substantially more fat to cut off before he can appreciate his hard work.

Start it leaner and end still somewhat lean. Do a quick trim after that and enjoy his results.

That's just my opinion and you're more than welcome to have a different one. I merely prefer to stay a bit leaner and maintain some semblance of abs year round. That's why I said I'd trim down first. Not that he should
 
I dont think its worth it the shutdown for 300mg test.
Nolvadex makes me feel like shit after a couple of weeks so use it for pct is you must and are settled for it.
I dont know bro i would say diet down naturally or if you want some help try hcg with maybe some anavar for a few weeks and bulk with test once your lean and got diet down.
Shut down is no joke and its very likely your gonna end up blasting and cruising like most here.

It's not a dig in anyway man! Just cold hard facts. Just think. You're 18% now. Honestly probably more. You'll likely break 20% by the end of the cycle.

When you could start at 12% and end around 15% while still looking decent.

I started my cycle at 10-12% at 190lbs, 6'. I just finished at 215lbs. 14-15% with visible abs and vascular af quads. Now I only have to cut down a bit to be very lean rather than ending my cycle at a much higher bf and spending 4-6 months cutting.

You're 198lbs or so with 35lbs of fat approximately. If you cut 10-12lbs you'll end up close to around 12% body fat in the 185-188 range. Could easily do that in 3 months. Maybe even less if you push it towards the end. Those are just rough estimates off of what you provided but ya
 
You dont need to be 10% bf to do a cycle, thats silly. If you can drop to 12-15% that would be ideal. Imo. To me a 12 week cycle is a bit short. Considering youre using enanthate. 16-20 weeks is what id say to aim for the first 4 is when youre levels are building up. I use 23 ga to pin with. 18 to draw. Insulin needle seems like it would take ages to push that oil through. But to each their own.

Edit: Might even consider Clenbuterol for a quicker cut. What do you guys think?

No.

If you want anything extra look into injectable l carnitine, yohimbine or an EC stack.

Clen is legit poison, I've never felt so toxic on any other compound. I had virtually no short term memory, couod focus on the simplest of tasks. Would be so lethargic within an hour of taking it that I'd crash and wake up drenched In sweat, heart beating out of my chest. That was on a whopping 50mcg a day.
 
I can take clen up to 80 mcg no problems but everybody is different.
Im in this fucked up situation as you almost got into.
Sure you dont have to be att any bodyfatt percentage to tale aas its just not smart to bulk rather cut then and grow lean.
I did this but started out cutting got injured and said fuck it il just bulk.
Ended up way to fat and now cutting for 4 months and its no joke still 2 to go and its hard man.
I should have healed up and started then to cut because 2-3 month cuts are not that bad but 5-6 months is pretty shitty.
Hope you do an educated decision which you dont end up regretting later.
 
All depends on what you want I guess, how lean and what not. You said you have been lifting for 6 years and hit a plateau but you also said you want to get back to where you were? If you're in your 20s and natural you should be able to be as strong as you've ever been, did you get injured or something?

Yeah in the last 1.5 years I had in total three surgeries on my ring finger and thus couldn't lift much in the healing periods. With the plateau, I sort of meant that building up muscle is way harder now than it was when I was younger.

So this is my plan now:
- cut until the end of September (~2.5 months from now)
- go with a negative of 700-900 calories per day (don't mind a bit of muscle loss if I go for a juiced bulk anyway)
- this should get me into the 80-82kg region with a lot less bodyfat based on past experience
