Yeah in the last 1.5 years I had in total three surgeries on my ring finger and thus couldn't lift much in the healing periods. With the plateau, I sort of meant that building up muscle is way harder now than it was when I was younger.
So this is my plan now:
- cut until the end of September (~2.5 months from now)
- go with a negative of 700-900 calories per day (don't mind a bit of muscle loss if I go for a juiced bulk anyway)
- this should get me into the 80-82kg region with a lot less bodyfat based on past experience
