First Test Cycle

So today is the day!! My new split begins.i wss gonna do chest yesterday becuase we all know hiw hard it is to get a bench on monday( ughhh). But i was 200 this morning and made some killer food last night stuffed pork chops ,stuffed chicken, and stuffed sirlion! It was increadble( thanx brutus for the ideas!). So ill be hitting chest hard tonight
 
Plus mu girl goes to work at 5 so i have to get my kids to the bus at 7 and 730 ( 2 different schools ) then off 2 work
 
Plus my boss now i use to work for all fucked up before rehab and he would much rather be eating food on break than smoking 3 cigs every hour. Lol
 
Tonight was my chest day ( like the rest of the nation). Im doing my new split and it was killer!

Incline bb
Inclibe db
Flat db
Decline db
Cable cross
And pull overs

All were 3 by 12 so 18 sets ins all
And the pump was great! My my recover was good but my stamina didnt go to far. I always use to lift heavy and im trying to get awatbfrom that ( and the injuries) . It will be back day tomorrow.
 
Nice cycle log bro!!! Very detailed!!! I always incorporate multi-joint and single-joint exercises for the same muscle groups as well. Also make sure you are constantly mixing up your workout routines. Our bodies adapt amazing fast so the more you keep your body (muscles) in a state of confusion, the greater your opportunity for growth!!!

Thanx bro!! Ive been trying to mix up rep ranges and throw some drop sets in from time to time. I just put this new workout together and i hope that it works well. It hits from alot of angles . But thanx again!
 
I didnt get to do back last night since one of my kids had a bug crawl out of his skin yesterday! ! We took him in and he has scabies! ! He got it from his dad when he went to stay with him( im not his father,but i love em like my own). So he back in jail again and probably going back upstate. So i had to wash all his stuff last night( ughh). I will be doing back tonight though! ! Im still 200lb this morning as well. Will have bloods in 2 weeks
 
Any time I'm on cycle and eat carbs or even a shake. I'll get pumps in what I've worked in the past few days. Feels bad ass don't it?
