Thanks for responding! Yeah I wrote that on my phone last night so It wasn't too detailed. Basically my goals right now are to bulk up and gain and as much strength as possible. I am doing a 5 x 5 routine with squats or dead-lifts eod (3 times a week). Not gonna lie, the way I've put on mass is pretty dirty. I eat a lot and a lot of that is whatever is available. Realistically, while my body fat is relatively high(17% this is all in my abdomen I don't seem capable of accumulating fat anywhere else), I'm pretty happy with the results. I am at 205--from 160 three years ago-- this might have to do with the fact that I got out of the military a couple of years ago and went from essentially running every day to not running at all-- and my strength is a lot higher lol. Fuck, when I started I was happy I could rep 135. I am gonna clean my diet up this month and then run my first cycle on April first-- it will still be a bulking diet but not as dirty.

I also have some winny. I was gonna run .25 mg ed for the last 5 week-mostly for the strength gains and to look a little more cut up when I am done.
Oh yeah: I have some pubescence gyno present. This is probably my biggest concern. I know that I will be taking a risk running AAS with gyno, but I am sure I am not the first guy with gyno to run a cycle. I am also sure that many have done it without it getting worse given the right meds. I was thinking .5 liquidex eod.
