For those of you who play the 200mg test game and then add tons of anabolics on top, which do you use? I can't tolerate masteron at any dose.

Well, I have to update this, as I know threads like this will get searched and read in the future. After making this post and re-evaluating the gains I had from my last blast. I am going to try cutting test down to 225, "Anchoring" with Mast and EQ at equal doses, low dose tren and focusing on the HGH + Insulin as the primary growth drivers.

Hoping the lower test approach will alleviate BP issues (reducing EQ to assist) that I got once I entered the 280s/290s.

Nope. Back to 750mg Test I go. Im having no issue *gaining* but its not the same. Muscles are full but not Test full, joints/tendons/ligaments are starting to ache. Strength is down. Does it work? Im sure it does, I did it in the past out of nessecity but having now experienced the difference a moderate dose of Testosterone makes, hard pass.

The look isnt even different for me, as I pack in the calories either way and pick up some bloat. The goal was reduced systolic and that does seem to be achieved but ill have to toggle something else as the rest of its not acceptable. Im also dead dog tired compared to when I have higher test in the mix.
 
Why people listens to everyone that wants to reinvent the wheel?

Steroids are those since like.... 30years, and people grow on high test+ an anabolic + maybe an oral, since forever.

Just use as much test as you can tolerate.
I agree. I always run higher test than I take half of that with what ever I stack
 
Your anxiety is quite possibly exacerbated by low E2, not necessarily the Mast.

Try slightly higher Test first, then bring Mast in at a similar dosage & titrate up from there eg T300/M300 , then T300/M400 etc

The majority of that time of my 3 years of lifting and using gear was spent designing my cycles like this- although not always. I personally enjoy trying different things, paying attention to the results and taking measurements with blood work, body weight, etc. it’s like a hobby for me separate from bodybuilding itself.

So I won’t say everyone should do exactly what I do, but it has worked well for me, I personally feel and respond best in measurable ways with my e2 at this level. It’s not informed by some cult like belief in e2 power and the higher the better. It’s just where im my best.

And I’ve grown a shitload from it. Probably more than most people you’re likely to ever find even on the whole internet. You can see on my Instagram. I started off very skinny. But I’ve gained 112lb of weight total, in the 2 years 8 months I’ve been lifting while enhanced. And fully dieted down to striated glutes in moderate to decent stage ready conditioning 75lb of actual pure water depleted, fat stripped heavily dieted down contractile tissue.


I’m much bigger now, but it wouldn’t be fair to say my new weight because I’m bulking, so who’s to say how much of that is water /fat etc.

But dieted down I’ve averaged gains of 30lb per year of pure stage quality tissue. It’s just that 2 months ago was the last time I was dieted down enough to say with any accuracy how much true muscle I’ve gained


These pics are exactly 2 years 7 months apart and 85lb apart. I never lifted before this, so I don’t have any muscle memory effect either. The heaviest I ever weighed in my life was 140lb. But I wasn’t as skinny and lean as I was at 128 at age 29 when I started

Was not expecting that! Incredible work man, and your face doesn't look like you've aged 10 years from AAS use either, you look even better.

What would you say your most reliable stack combinations and go-to compounds have been over that transformation period?

I'm asking it in that way rather than 'what was your best cycle' because I'm more interested in what people do over time than in a single cycle. Individual cycles mean little in the scheme of things. Also, someone's best gains in terms kg from a single cycle could also have come from novelty when they knew less - i.e first cycle of 500 test etc. So I think it's better viewed over time.

Are you referring to this one? I guessed it would be this one so just searched for these keywords, lol. Didn't see the time stamp but it's the correct date. I believe this is more evidence for mandated Oxytocin use, STAT!

The most enjoyable experiences I had with gear was running my 125mg a week test cyp trt dose with off and on blasts of 3 to 6 week cycles using test prop and NPP. Sometimes I’d just run the test prop but I always had decent results and never felt much sides if any. I wish this was the approach I’d used from day one but sadly only started doing this the last 2 years I played around with anything above my trt dose.
