Day 8

I shot one cc sust into my left delt. The shot was easy, i must have gone through a vain cause i pulled the neddle out and had blood on it. The pip is not as bad as the prop in the right delt but its noticable. It will not hinder anything.

I enjoyed pre exausting my chest before hitting the bigger compound movements. I was able to get a great pump and feel challenged by the lighter weight. I had a bad feeling in my gut during the bench, i assume its from eating to much grease before a workout. I ate 80-20 beef and 2 eggs pre workout. That feeling was gon as soon as i moved onto another movement.

I can also feel the test kicking in. I had much better muscular endurance in the gym. I felt like i should have keep going. I was healing between sets much faster then normal. Might feel a little bit vein or cocky, then the extra boners through out the day.

I also got 2 gallons of water down and got my self a nice pill planner from cvs. Its a small help but i like it alot.

Legs are still sore. I wanted to push my quads that workout because my hams were shot from the deads i did on back day. i am feeling it there its nice when a plan works out. Still need to get calves in this week
 
Day 9

I shot one cc of test prop into my right glute. When I did this I accidently pricked myself then pulled it out trying to slow the momentum down. That sucked. I had to re pin myself other this time it was flawless. Pip is not bad today my left delt did bother me from the sust injection on monday.

I just like being in the gym. It was a good work out. I got a new gym shirt from my lover for my birth day. Its a black reps for Jesus tank. I loved it being the God fearing man i am. I saw that i was getting looks and i was like what is going on. Then i realized it was the shirt. Great shirt, i hope they did not think i was patronizing the religon. Regardless shirt is epic.

I had to go extreamly slow and controlled on my front raises due to this asshole in the gym that though it would be a good idea to collect all the commonly used barbells and put them infront of him. So i just took it super slow and controlled with a good pause on the top of every rep. I earned that burn.

I can feel myself becoming a bit more short temperd, not mad just little quips here and there. then i will think to myself was that nessary. Its not bad. over the last 2 days i have drank over 3 gallons of water. I need to get my ass to a scale and get a clean weight. I do look noticably leaner in the gym. I also nee to get the hair off my arms and shoulders. I hate my shoulder hair so much. Once i remove that i will look nice.

Day 10
Took today off. Went to look for apartments.
Found a cool one. Will be moving in a few days. This is my third day off since starting the cycle. Not so sure what my days on to days off should be. I always would like to go by the body and i felt good today. If i would have wrapped up my search eairly i would have had time.

left joints in leg are feeling some pain.
Day was good overall was super horney all day. It was impressive to say the least.
 
Day 11

Woke up and put one cc of prop and one cc of sust into the chamber and then shot it perfectly into my left glute. I dont mind the eod injections at all i might be crazy but i look forward to my shots. The pip is starting to set in as i type this up. I do not anticapate it being all that bad since my muscles have had a chance to acclimate to the oil.

Today i got the gym late and stayed late. Crushed back and then got 6 sets of chest in with some calves

It was a fun work out. met up with a buddy and decided to get a few sets of chest in. I was tierd in the gym cause it was late around 10pm but i was able to get a solid workout in.
 
I am feeling more vain, my boys have shrunk, increased recovery inbetween sets and overall, frequent boners and sexual thoughts. I am stronger and more focoused in the gym. I have not noticed anything else yet. Anything in particular you want me to make a mental note of?
 
Day 12

I did not have an injection today which was nice. I also was not in the gym today just fucked up my scheduling. My school gym is closed on the weekends. I had gotten a 7 day pass to golds gym and used that. It was good while it lasted. I am move to my new place on sunday possible that i leave on monday. I will have to unfreeze my la fitness membership. Its been frozen for over a year lol. Never know when you will need it again. The pip in my left glute from the 2 cc pin yesterday was a bother. I noticed it everytime i sat down. Not really painful just sore.

I hope that my gym flow is not intrrupted even more by the move i am about to go through. Also my diet was ass today. Ate 2 slices of little ceasers pizza and a chesesy potato burrito from taco bell. Not a good day for me at all. I need to keep shit like this to a minimum.
 
Day 13

Injected 1cc prop into right glute no gym today.

Day 14

No injection today. Pip is not bad today. No gym today.

That makes three days in a row where i have missed the gym. My normal gym is closed on the weekend due to choices i made on friday i was unable to make it to the gym. I need to get my ass in gear if i not only want to take full advantage of this cycle but win the show my school is putting on.

Also the pain in my calves from the six sets i did on thrusday have me walking on my tip toes lol.
 
Day 15

Injected 2cc's in my left glute. One ml of sust then added one ml test prop into the same chamber. This time after I put the neddle through both the sust and the prop rubber stoppers i switched the neddle. I have not yet tried this and for what ever reason figured i would give it a shot. It was by far the smoothest injection i have had yet. I am going to stop by wal mart and get some bigger gauge pins to draw with and do that every time.

I was able to get back in the gym today. it was a good work out. I am really liking the feeling while working out. Its great.

Day 16

Today i had no injection. I still not feeling all to much. Except when i work out. I expected to feel more in my daily life. I undstand i have to give the sust more time befor i can accuratly judge it.

I trained back today. The work out was good felt good.

I was really feeling my workout. I get in the zone and just want to keep going. I was forced to leave due to closing time. I will get in there earilyer to really get the most out of that feeling.

I should have started the anavar on day 15 but i still have not. I will possibly start it tomorrow not quite sure what i am waiting for.
 
Day 17

Finished my first vial of test p. so eod at 17 days means i was actually injecting 1.18ml eod
The injection was smooth hurt a little going in almost like the neddle need to be lubracated. I started the anavar today at 50mg Worked out shoulders today.

Day 19
Day 3 on Anavar 50mg

shot 1cc test prop into my left glute. The pip in my right delt from the 1cc injction is not bad at all. I can feel it and i know its there but its much better then the 1cc prop i shot in it last time. I have added in the Anavar (50mg ed) along with 6.25mcg of T3 ed as a maintnance dose. Once its 6 weeks till show time i will begin a moderate cycle of t3.

My pumps in the gym were noticably stronger in my arms. Espacially the shoulder and tricep area where i injected yesterday. I worked out my arms and abs

I did this work out fasted. It was not bad till the end i really had to focus during abs. The drive home was also hard. Got some simple carbs in me and was gtg.

I got a clean weight went poop before and since i was fasted all i have to account for was my shirt, shorts, shoes, socks, and underwear, I did also have my glasses on. Regardless The scale said 172 on the dot. I am thinking its about 170.5 ish with the chothes off. I started the cut about 2 months ago at 176 got down to 167 before i started the cycle. I am not sure why i am heavier. It seems unlikly that i have built muscle like that. I might be over eating and not realizing it. I dont think that is the case. Any ideas or similar experiences?
 
Day 20
Day 4 anavar 50mg

No workout Today. Shot 1 cc prop into right glute. I suppose i have adapted to the injecting cause i feel less and less like a pin cushion each day.
Also had trouble sleeping last night. Took 6.25mcg t3 At about 11am. I hope that i can sleep tonight. I feel tired.
 
Day 21
Day 5 Anavar 50mg

Today was also an off day for me gym wise. I started working at my old job again after taking some time off. Diet was good. I also took 6.25mcg of t3 again at 7am today. I got spotty sleep last night. I guess it was enough to funtion cause work was not hell. I hope i can get some quality rest tonight but we will see. No injection today :) its nice to have days like that once and a while. Worked from 9a to 7p today.

Not much else to say.

@newtoketo I can only hope so man. Thats for the encouragement. Anyone else got any experience with t3? I would love to hear some of them. When i was reading logs i cant recall problems with sleep being a big thing.
 
Great log Capt. FWIW I did not notice any sleep issues with t3 when I ran it.
2 lbs of muscle in 19 days is very possible maybe a 1 lb of water and there you go.

Hahaha you got me laughing out loud. Thank you. I have let my hair grow even longer this year!

Dude good to hear you had no sleep problems with it. I hope its just my body acclimating to the changes.
 
Day 22 (Week 3)
Day 6 Anavar 50mg

This morning I shot 1 cc prop and one cc sust into my left glute. The pip is going away I no longer feel like a pin cusion. I have still been taking the mjr aromisn at 12.5mg eod wtih the prop. I have also learned that i am an ambidextrous injector lol. I have no problem shooting lefty or righty. I also have to say that changing the needle after you draw up the oil makes the injection a hell of alot nicer. I am going to have to run to walmart and pick up some bigger gauge pins cause i dont wanna go back.

Anyway I am all finished up moving into my new place. I got back to work and now i can really start to hammer down on my plans to get to 5% body fat. In the gym i can already see the veins popping and i have not even taken the body hair off yet. I am excited to get deeper into the var.

I am also going to be sad to drop out the prop from my cycle once i am done with the kick start. I suppose running 850mg test a week and 50mg var is over kill. Any opinions one way or another are welcome.

Today I worked you guessed it Chest. Since i moved i no longer have a workout partner. My brother was my old one. That makes lifting heavy for chest a bit harder. IT also allows me to really get the most out of my body. My brother is natty so after a while he is just ready to leave. After my workout i did an hour swim.

I will be swimming 7 days a week for an hour each day. untill i get about 3 weeks out then i will shorten the swim and add 30 miniutes of tanning out side. No spray tan for me.
