Day 18 Anavar 50mg

No injection, off from gym. No cardio.

will be taking a 37.5mcg dose of t3 tonight.

The last few days with my lover i could not get enough sex. It was like once we had sex i wanted in again in an hour or two. I also took all the body hair off and i think that my physique is shaping up greatly. I am loving the way i look Its getting close to what i feel would be perfection. That might be the test talking but man i feel good and i love the way i look at the moment its like a dream that i am achieving each day. I love it.\

Day 35
Day 19 Anavar 50mg

No injection today. I swam for an hour before work. I missed my work out today i forgot what day of the week it was an that the gym closes on sundays earliy. So today my muscles will get rest. The swim was nice. I did the hour and kept my mind busy most of the time.

I feel like i should be experiencing more from the var then i am at 19 days in. I am thinking about upping the dosage to 80mg in a couple days if i am still not satisfyed with it. Although comparativly speaking epi takes around 4 weeks to kick in. I should probably give the var that same respect.

I slept fine with my first dose of 37.5mcg t3 last night and will be taking that same amount tonight.

I will take some pics for you guys real soon ie tonight or tomorrow or next day off. I would like to take em in the morning with out a pump to get a good look. So expect them tomorrow.
 
Day 36
Day 20 Anavar 50mg

Shot one cc sust into my right glute. Pins are easy nothing to it. Anyone with a neddle phobia its not bad at all. I have been training later in the day on the days i have to go to work. Today I got my lift in then immediatly did my hour cardio session.

No deads this week i am going to be doing them everyother week till the show. I just do not want to risk injury. I did rack pulls in there place.


I trained back today and let me say that the pump i had in the gym was great. the var is doing its job i am really liking it. I am also gaining vascularaity daily. My diet is very low carb high protien and high fat. I am getting leaner each day with the help of t3.

Speaking of t3 i took 37.5mcg last night it was not a problem. Tonight i will take my last dose at 37.5. After this one its 50mcg from here on out. I am hoping that is as high as i will need to go to get to my body fay % goal of 5%.

I took some pics for you guys. I am not really proud of them but its mid cycle and i have improved. I took them upon waking up. there is no pump muscles are cold.

Day 37
Day 21 Anavar 50mg

So today I can say i am a fan of the more frequent injections. I feel lonely pining only twice a week lol. I stopped taking my aromasin for a few days, I have to report that my nips were itchy at work today. I will resume 12.5mg dosing eod tomorrow. I will most likely keep it that way through out the cycle. I might up the aromasin before the show to possibly use it to help dry up but 12.5mg eod is good for me.

I slept fine last night on a 37.5mcg dose of t3. I can tell you that i am a bit hotter throughout the day. Tonight will be my first dose at 50mcg. I am looking forward to running it at this dose for a few weeks. Possibly ramp up to 75mcg if i am not sastisfyed with my look. Although if i am not liking the way i look its not the t3s fault its mine for not training hard enough.

I worked chest and a little bit of abs today. I have to say that the veins are popping now. Its better each day. The Anavar from legend must be hitting its stride now. I am happy with it as of now.

My time in the gym was cut short die to closing. I have to make a better effort to get in the gym quickly after i get off work. No more coming home and jacking off on meso for a few hours. My ab routine suffered and so did my swim cause of it.
 
Day 38
Day 22 anavar 50mg

Today i woke up and got some fasted cardio in. I went to the gym and did a 30 min swim. I think that in the cold ass pool i swim in 30 miniutes is about all i can do before the cold sets in and i lose my drive. Once i can get back into an out door pool my whole hour of cardio will come from my swim.

I took 12.5mcg exemastane from mjr. I will keep this dose untill the show might even bump it up as the show draws closer. Last night i took 50mcg t3 for the first time, I slept fine and i am taking it well. I can feel my heart rate is a little elevated and i sweat more along with being much quicker to break a sweat. I will be taking 50mcg again tonight.

My body is starting to feel beat down. I am going to take tomorrow off from lifting weights. I will get my hour cardio in still.

Today i trained legs. I trained them hard compared to last weeks leg session.

I was sweating like a pig on that thing. I like the stair master i want to know the reason the pros like it so much. My cardio was split up between two 30 min sessions. I felt good and focused in the gym. I cam starting to see the veins in my quads. I have never seen them in the past. I still have a way to go but i am going to get there.

You have absolutely nothing to be apprehensive about when posting the pics. It looks like your reaching your goal of obtaining your lower body fat percentage.

So i am thinking of bumping up my Var to 80mg ed. I have recieved 5 more packs of legend Anavar and i am in the process of labmax testing it now. The lot number is: 201404025

All my packs are the same lot number and will post my results later tonight. I documented the process well.

EDIT: just finished the test, and the shit looks like var to me.
 
Day 39
Day 23 anavar 50mg

Today I took off from the weights. I did how ever get my cardio in. I hit the pool for an hour. I managed to lose my goggles so this was by far the worst swim i have had so far.

I shot one ml sust into my left glute and i think i hit a nerve cause that hurt not really badly but much more then normal. I just pushed through the pain and was good to go. It was strange.

Last night i took on ml t3 again slept fine i can feel the stuff effecting my heart rate through out the day. I also took .5 ml aromasin.

Still got it done. I kept my carbs low today. I did have a sweet potato from out back with out the sugar that might have shot my carb count way up. Other then that i kept it low. That was my only carb meal besides the pb and milk. Regardless diet was good today like most days.

I hate forgetting my gallon of water at home while i am trainning. Its probably my biggest pet peeve of the gym. I can get so much water down while i train its great. I love waking up and feeling hydrated. People walk around way to often cronically dehydrated.

My lover moved back to school today. So it will be nice to train with her. We go so hard in the gym together. I got to teach her proper spotting tech. She thinks the weight is too heavy to help with. psshh.

I shot a picture at 5min and then several at 15 min. I also shot a vid at 15 min i will try to get that online also.

Looks like another pass from Legend on the Anavar based on the lab max test. I tried to make this a detailed as i could.

Day 25 anavar 50mg

Today was a pretty hard day. I only slept 3 hours last night. Went in to work at 6:30am for an 8.5 hour shift. Got my hour cardio in and trained arms today. Also drank some coffee to wake me up. I do not regularly drink or take caffien but that stuff got me hungry.

Dude, I looked way more cut while doing natty cut on ECA stack than you are in the pics, I have no idea why you bother to take any gear to "achieve" these "results"

Dude did you see my pics as a natty from last sept, they are in the op. I am sure i am more cut then you there and i did not use eca i used some garb pre work out along hard ass work like i am putting in for this cycle. Yeah i am not where i want to be they are mid cycle pics man come on. I am using aas to maintain the muscle while i drop to 5% or less bf. Its a mild cycle and i am enjoying it. When you see the finished product you will be mirin.


Why starve yourself and do light weights while doing AAS ? I don't get it

I am not starving myself, I am trying to maintain muscle during my cut to <5% bf. I have upped my protien intake to 200g since the start of all this.

The issue is the mind set of maintaining. You have limited yourself to not growing but only keeping what you have.

With optimised training and diet you could achieve your 5% goal faster and weigh more at the end of your cycle.

Your consistent and it pains me at to see all of your hard work, this dedication, but limiting yourself this way.

Its like your in a Lamborghini and you only want to go 35 on the interstate...
 
I am currnetly 27or so days out what should i change?

I have gained size. I am leaner but the scale is not changing.

Day 26 anavar 50mg

Woke up and did 60+ miniutes of fasted cardio on a treadmill with avg heart reat at 120 - 126bpm

Gym hours and work prevented me from weight training today. Will get back into it hard tomorrow with chest or back possibly legs.

Took 50mcg t3 no problems although i am consistantly hotter at work its noticable.
Diet is good i am staying at 200g protein and i will try to work out to build muscle. I like the 12 to 15 rep range i get great muscle fatigue and pumps from it. I will attempt to put up some bigger weights see how i feel with it.

Nips were bothering me the past few days when i eased of the aromisn. Then i wen back on eod 12.5mg and its fine now. I am having a great cycle so far.

I would suggest dropping your fat intake more.

50g max

I you need 300g protein minimum. Just keep the diet clean.
