can you link me to same material that would also suggest this? I am all about leanring. Also clean dieting can be achieved at any macros.

Day 27 anavar 60mg

Today I shot 1 cc sust into my right glute. I hit that nerve or somthing in my glute the first so i picked another spot and it was fine. I am getting sloppy with my pins they are not as crisp. I will get it back to flawless injections each time.

Today i woke up and cranked out 45 min of swimming. I was late so i had to cut it short. I am back to swimming in the out door olympic size pool. Its so much nicer and harder. I cant touch the bottom at all so i just have to keep moving. I love it.

15 min cardio on bike.

That 15 min bike makes one hour of cardio for me today. Gotta make sure to get my cardio sessions in each day.

bumped the var up today. I am getting vascular as hell on this shit. also at work my tolerance for bullshit is quickly dropping. I have to watch my mouth almost everyother interaction with customers.

Day 28 anavar 50mg

No injections today. My nips have been bothering me since i quit taking the aromisin eod. I have been taking 12.5mg eod from the time i started to notice the itch. It was annoying today. I took 25mg clomid to block the receptors a bit while the aromasin dose its job. I hope that works out for me.

I have been having no problems on the t3 and i can see the fat comming off.

Today i trained chest and tris. I got 25min on the stair master and then 20 min swim. I once again forgot my goggles so the swim was trash still took care of business though. I was very forgetful today. I forgot my lunch at work had to go back and get it. Then i left my wallet on the counter of a racetrack gas station. 3 things in one day. You know they say bad things come in 3s.

I am thinking of adding in some tren ace i got for the last 3 weeks before the show. Anyone got any advice on how to eat and train while using tren. I have my own ideas just want to know some others in case i shoot it.

Also i have gotten some guys together on another fourm to help me in sending out this var for an ms test. 2 guys sent me 33 buck via paypal and i will ship the var out soon. Should be interesting results. If they come back in time i will be able to adjust my dose to what i actully want to take.

The t3 is going nicely i have began to tan up. I am looking more and more ripped each day. I am going to be taking pics some time today to get more mid cycle pics.

I used clomid to help with the nip itch i will aslo be using 12.5mg aromisn eod from now till the end of pct. I mihgt even go up to ed while on cycle depending on how i feel. I should never have lowered the dosage that was a bad choice on my part. I will take the clomid for one more day then see where i am at from there.

I got an hour swim in an outdoor olymipc size pool. tanned up nicely and i worked back.

I could have advised you on diet for the contest prep. IMO your whole cycle/diet was very close to the final weeks of contest prep.

As I said previously you should have bulked with the juice and cut just the last 4-6 weeks to show date slowly lowering carbs down.

Next time your serious about a show get a coach or someone to guide your diet.

I dont really have the time for links but my first coach taught me most of this and he placed 2nd in the emerald cup for BB. 2009 i forget what year.

I would have done weeks 1-6/8 BULKING
3500 cals
350g protein 1400
100g fat 900
300 carbs 1200

and then switched to a lower cal diet simialr to what you are doing.

diet makes everything and you clearly are committed but you need guidance. realistically I think you could have gotten to ~190, and then cut to a 5% or less at 180 stage weight.

Im not trying to be a asshole I just beleive that critisim makes one stronger and the only mistakes are the ones you dont learn from.

Thank you for your knowledge. I am going to be looking into doing another show in about 6 0r seven months. It will be another small one but i will give it more thought and look for upper level guidance.

Today I got my swim in and worked out shoulders and abs. I pinned 1 ml sustanon into my right glute and i also began 100mg eod tren ace. I will be using the ace till the show. It is from numberone biotech. I was sent it as a sample. If its any good i will begin to use that source.

There was pip from the ace. I also had blood when i pulled the neddle out of my glute but did not experience any kind of tren cough. I will know in about a week if the stuff it anygood.

I agree with jujus input but it's a little late now. Drop the fat down, the need for fat when natty usually has to do with keeping hormone levels up, when on the juice you don't need the fat. Like he said, 50g or so is good. And replace the calories with protein, you should be consuming over 200g.

Today i trained arms. It was a quick work out. I was in the gym late and it closes early on the weekend but i hammered it out. I also got my hour swim in. In the gym late into the work out i was told that "you look redicolusly vascular" I that is a great compliment. The var is nicely bringing out my viens along with the fact that i am working frankticly to reduce my body fat%.

Today i shot one ml tren ace a sample from numberone biotech into my left glute. I am not feeling the effects of the tren yet. I am also skeptical if its real. If it is gtg i will put the finishing touches on my body in the next 19 days. The tren has some pip more then the sust but less then the prop. I still miss the prop that stuff was fire. I will be hoping back on that once i start my 21 days till pct.

I have not had any problems with my nips i did 2 days of clomid at 25mg and i am keeping my aromisn at 12.5eod (mjr) and its fine now.

I am still taking the t3 at 50mcg each night before bed i have not had a chance to step on a scale with a clean weight but i have taken pictures that i will post and you can clearly see that i am leaner.

I worked out today later in the day also, today is my 6th stright day with weights. I did chest and back. heavyer then what i would normally do. I also took my standard one hour swim. I am getting nice and tan from the great olympic pool i swim in that is out doors.

I had no injections today. I also feel very run down. I took today off from the gym. I wentt to work late in the day. I got to work and i could not stop eating. It started small a nibble here a little chunck there but i just ate all night. It was horrible. I was so hungry. I was also hot.

I took today off after 6 days in a row with weight trainning.
I did my one hour swim, the pumps for the 80mg var make swimming a bit more uucomfortable

I felt like trash last night. Sleeping. I got some more mid cycle pics from yesterday. They are in the morning right after i woke up and my muscles are cold.

Day 5 tren Ace 100mg eod

I pinned one ml tren a into my right glute. The i still feel the pip from it. I am doing this entry almost 2 days after the fact. i am slackingon my log just life and what not. but no johns i have time to wright once a day.

I did my swim for an hour. It was tough. I am at 80mg var and i am getting smashed with some terrible lethargy. Its bad, if it continues i will drop the var till to a dosage that will hae me feeling great like i have been all cycle till yesterday night.

I trained legs today. It was a solid work out. I also did a bootcamp class that was alright. My swim was not an hour it was actually 40 mins but with the boot camp i did over my hour of daily cardio.

Considering that i feel off the horse last night at work i think that the bootcamp was a nice kick in the ass. I am not one that believes in over compensating when somthing goes wrong. I think that is how people get hurt.

I also felt the lethargic feelings again today. I was able to motivate myself and overcome them. Today i feel very beat up. Almost as if i am over trainning. I am very sore from legs yesterday. Today i trainned chest. I have also been taking 12.5mg of aromasin ed. I want to dry out more. I also have had no problems with the t3 at 50mcg. I need to step on a scale with a clean weight to figure out my true weight.

I also trainned abs today. In the gym i was very strong my incline bench was great. I did 185 like it was light weight. I think that the uped var along with the tren is giving me a great boost in strenght.

I was very strong in the gym today. I also had to go back to work to unload a truck. I have a wierd feeling in my chest when i take a deep breath i am also hot and sweet easy. The t3 has stayed consistient at 50mcg. I am hopping that its actually helping me once i step on a scale i will know.

Day 7 tren Ace 100mg eod

I shot one cc tren ace into my left glute. I can feel the oil as it hits the muscle with the tren its different then the test. I was not as lethergic today. I felt good in the gym i trained arms. I did a 30 min swim then i worked out and did 30 min on the stair master.

I think that i have undersestimated how powerful these drugs really are. I just drilled it into my head that the drugs are not going to be doing the work for me. I understan i need to eat more and i am glad that i have recieved such feedback.

I stepped on the scale this morning after i woke up and took a poop. It was a clean weight and i was 176.6 That is what i weighed when i started my cut. These drugs have totally recomped my physique. I am very happy and surprised and now have a better understaning of the power this stuff really has. Even with the t3 at 50mcg ed i am gainning, inspite of not eating to my full potential i am still gaining.

I can see the differences in the mid cycle pics i took and my weight is up. and i am leaner. the cycle is going great. I am going to be getting a wax to remove the body hair and still want to drop 1 or 2 % bf to get my lower abs to really pop.

I had good pumps in the gym i am enjoying my cycle the var is kicked in full gear i am stronger and more vascular. I am also experiencing lame ass back pumps. Not quite as bad as when i was on epi but its close. Guess i am going to have to get some taurine. They are pretty annoying during squats.

Today i shot one cc sust into my left glute. It was an overall bad day. I have not been feeling well and need to get my shit together. I skipped all my classes besides one this week and i am totally unorgnized.

I had my lover come over and help me get my physical things in order. I was so fucked today that i missed my cardio. This is the first time i have missed a cardio session since i started the cardio into the cycle.

I have uped the aromisin to 12.5mg ed. this along side with the bump to 80mg var ed might be causing the lethargic feelings i am experiencing. I have kept the t3 to 50mcg although i am tempted to bump up to 75mcg for the last bit before the show.

I did feel well enough to train at the end of the day. I worked back and triceps.

I do not clearly remember the work out. i do know the it was 5 movement with 4 sets each movement for back.

behind the neck lat pull down
rack pulls

during the rack pulls i got an awful cramp that shot through my chest and into my shoulders. it hurt like a bitch. No one was around so i just fell to the floor and laied there till the pain passed. That shit sucked.

I did 5 sets cable tris 3 with the rope and 2 with the "A" bar.


It was a quick work out i kept the pace fast.

Today i shot one cc tren ace from numberone biotech into my right glute. I swear i am getting worse at pinning each week. I had to stick my glute 3 times to find a spot that did not feel like i was pricking a nerve on entry.

I am much more orginized today then the past few days. I went to walmart and ordered 25g 1" 3ml syringes got 100 for 17 bucks it was a steal. I will be getting my pins like that every time from now on.

I trained shoulders today and i felt strong as i ever have. My work out when i went for bigger weight was nice. I also got in 90 mins of cardio today.

I hit a 50 min swim i then laied out and tanned for 30 min. I only wanted to tan for 10 but fell asleep in the sun, i think i am sun burnt from it lol.

I hit shoulders then did 10 min on the green treadmill If you have ever used it you will know what i am talking about. Its the one where the power is generated you running. Its pretty neat.

I then went back to the gym about 3 to 4 hours later to smash 30 min on the stair master

overall i love the new strenght i am getting i still have not really experienced the sides of tren other then the strenght. I have noticed my trap are bigger possibly do to the large amout of androgens in the tren. The strenght could be from the 80mg var also. A combo of both is what i am hoping for.

Today i had no injections. that was nice. I remember missing the test prop but latly i have been botching the injections. I guess now that i am leaner its a bit more painful idk. Regardless today was an easy day. I hit some some small muscles and got my cardio in.

Today i had a real good pin of tren ace. 1 cc in the left glute. My first prick hurt the next spot was easy. the pip today was worse then normal, i think that i was not steady with the pin while injecting.

From a shot about 3 days ago i have a knot that formed on my right glute. Its not very big and might be nothing but i am afraid that it could be an absess forming. I have some amoxicillen that i did take one of yesterday just to be safe.

I only got 30 min of stairs into day for my cardio and took an off day from the gym. I should be ready to train hard tomorrow and the next couple days. We will see how refreshed i feel in the morning depending on that i might need to add another day with out weight trainning to help heal.

I also can feel the extra dare i say anger from the tren. I was banned on eriods a few days ago and there is a message in my inbox that has info that i want/need. I was driving to work and just got mad that i was banned and now do not have access to the information. I then punched my steering wheel lol.

I quickly gained my composure and realized the situation is not that dire.
