Franchise24 training log 2016/2017

I usually like to have more than just a day or two after back day when I do legs, but maybe by Wednesday I'll be up to it. I can't believe you're pullin 405 with Test levels at 199 and no on Test. You're a beast brother :)

Ha I was pulling 455 last week. My test levels have tanked the last few weeks. I have been consistent with my training. I built a solid foundation before I ever started cycling. Most of my cycle gains stayed with me. This training block I needed something different. I reached out to @Perrin Aybara and @RodgerThat and they put together a program for me. And they also gave me some literature to read. I'm liking the use of RPE's. By the time I start my next cycle I'll have a full understanding of the RPE system.

Nice brother, looks like you have some great help with this. 455 man that's crazy. I'm sneaking up on a personal goal of squatting with 3 plates per side. It's not in the 400's like you guys but I'll get there someday. Keep up the great work man, it's great to watch the hard work

Three Count Paused Squat:
Warm-Up:
135 1x10
225 1x5
315 1x3
365 1x3

Working Sets:
385 9x3 RPE 8-9

Three Count Paused Bench:
Warm-Up:
135 1x5
225 1x3

Working Sets:
315 4x5 RPE 8-9

Paused Squats I had to drop weight form 405 to 385. Just wasn't going to happen with 405 today. I'm sure it has to do with low test right now. I will be back on TRT Monday. I also had to drop a little weight on paused bench.

 
With your help and after reading the RTS manual. I am beginning to get the hang of the use of RPE's. Strength will climb back up in few weeks. I am glad I haven't lost more due to my low test levels. Actually feel like just focusing more on training and diet for another month or two before getting back on TRT. If I am making strength gains before jumping on TRT again. I will have a really nice foundation. Then start TRT stay on that for 6 weeks before jumping on my planned cycle.
Still looks like a great workout. Nice amount of volume.

Squats I rested no more than 45 Seconds between sets.
Slingshot bench I rested no more than minute and a half
Good morning I started to slow up some but I pushed and only rested a minute and a half.

Starting trt on Monday. I will be front loading for the first week at 400mgs. The following weeks will be 200mgs/week split into two injections. Monday and Thursday. I will pull labs in 6 weeks.

Weird question maybe but, did things work out with wanting to have a baby? If I remember right you guys were trying to have a new baby correct? I could be way off but I thought I remembered something about that.

Still trying. Going to up the hcg and continue with clomid. I'm going to get aggressive with the clomid and Hcg.

Nice workout man! Looks like you got a lot of volume in there and some heavy a$$ lifts too. You feeling 100% after that flu bug? It just seems to be holding on with me, I'm still kinda wiped because of it.

Quick question for ya. I've added in an overhead BB press to my regimen as well, and my working sets are 8 reps. The last two reps are very difficult, #8 usually is to failure, so I've been getting an additional 2 reps with a kind of push press where I assist at the bottom of the movement with my legs just a little bit. Is that actually a real push press? I like it because it's pushing past failure which is great, but I've never really been told the correct way to do it.

Yeah today is my accessory day. I love doing BB overhead presses.

Only way to truly critique your push press is to record yourself and post it up tag @RodgerThat @Perrin Aybara and myself.

Not expecting much other than getting some energy back, getting my libido back. I'll blast in 6 weeks.
