I usually like to have more than just a day or two after back day when I do legs, but maybe by Wednesday I'll be up to it. I can't believe you're pullin 405 with Test levels at 199 and no on Test. You're a beast brother

Ha I was pulling 455 last week. My test levels have tanked the last few weeks. I have been consistent with my training. I built a solid foundation before I ever started cycling. Most of my cycle gains stayed with me. This training block I needed something different. I reached out to @Perrin Aybara and @RodgerThat and they put together a program for me. And they also gave me some literature to read. I'm liking the use of RPE's. It's not in the 400's like you guys but I'll get there someday. Keep up the great work man, it's great to watch the hard work

Weird question maybe but, did things work out with wanting to have a baby? If I remember right you guys were trying to have a new baby correct? I could be way off but I thought I remembered something about that.
Nice workout man! Looks like you got a lot of volume in there and some heavy a$$ lifts too. You feeling 100% after that flu bug? It just seems to be holding on with me, I'm still kinda wiped because of it.
Quick question for ya. I've added in an overhead BB press to my regimen as well, and my working sets are 8 reps. The last two reps are very difficult, #8 usually is to failure, so I've been getting an additional 2 reps with a kind of push press where I assist at the bottom of the movement with my legs just a little bit. Is that actually a real push press? I like it because it's pushing past failure which is great, but I've never really been told the correct way to do it.
It's getting better for me. The beginning was rough. I also started my TRT today.Good deadlift volume. That's gonna pay off in the weeks and months to come.

What kind of numbers do you usually expect on 200mgs of test per week? Just curious.
