Wanted to create a thread where everyone can post their experiences with different sourced Semaglutide.

Who are you using?
Pharma vs non?
Dosage?
How long have you been taking it?
What are your thoughts?
Have you lost weight?
Side effects?
Oral vs injection?
Tests?

Im on semaglutide for 6 months now. Im wondering if the irregular heartbeat is from semaglutide... It's annoying. However, studies say it doesn't cause arrhythmia. It's weird.

Injected Mounjaro. tirazepide 2.5mg yesterday...

I can definitely feel it... last injection of Sema was 10/24/22. so nearly 3 months. solid break and I feel like it was a big reset.

When I finish this cycle, I think it may be best for me to enter another minor lean bulk with Test/Mast/Var until my appetite normalizes

Does anyone or has anyone or is it beneficial to inject glp1 semaglutide intramuscular vs subq like we can with insulin hgh even though it’s stated to be injected into the fat ?

do you think intramuscular would be far superior over injecting sub q ??

I would assume it may reduce the half life a bit but make it stronger? Could be wrong

How does one know theyre at a good dosage? Im starting to see more nasuea and constipation at .5 and above. I'm still splitting 2xs week at .25 but need to go up a bit bc I'm seeing less appetite suppression at .5 than I had at .25

Interesting read btw.

"Bootleg" is still pretty effective. and I feel like Bootleg is the same as QSC and other peptide sites.

Newbie here, I went over this thread but I didn't find a clear answer. How do I dose my injections for weight loss ? I want to maximize weight loss for the next 6 months. I got my semaglutide, prepared it and injected it today : my first 0.25mg.
Questions are:
1) How do I schedule the dose increase?
2) Better one dose weekly or divide the weekly dose into a couple shots per week?
3) How long is the reconstructed peptide good? I keep the semaglutide in freezer before reconstruction, and put the reconstructed liquid in the fridge. Will it be good for one-two months in the fridge? I have the 2mg vial and therefore will take some time to go over it by starting at 0.25 mg weekly.

Thanks

0.25 x 4
0.5mg x 4
1 x 4
1.5 x 4
2 x 4
2.4 ongoing.

I don't weekly to simplify my life and that what was the manufacturer did.
It's good for 2 months reconstituted atleast.

I say just keep it all in the fridge. Not the freezer.

Stalls at 4 months. My opinion is might as well take a break for 3 mo to restart.

I'll also add to the above that the ramp-up or titration period for the first 4-8 weeks is to allow the patient to ease into the medication to reduce side effects. Also keep in mind that the typical patient for these medications likely hasn't self-medicated with peptides and such like the users of this forum typically have, so they may be more mentally sensitive to sides. I personally have experienced little to no sides during my initial weeks on pharma Ozempic and find that the hunger suppression only lasted for 2-3 days at .25mg, so I'm ramping up a little more aggressively with .25mg every 4-5 days. The therapeutic dose of semaglutide is 1-2mg/week, although many start to experience benefits at .50mg/week. My plan is to split my weekly dose going forward, injection every 3-4 days, at least until I get to the higher doses. Many users do this to help reduce sides, and for me personally, I'm hoping that this will extend the hunger suppression for the full week.

As far as stalling after a few months, it would be interesting to see if cycling to tirzepatide (Mounjaro) could offset that.

Meant to say I do it weekly

For those of you who take Semaglutide, what is your injection frequency like? So far I took two doses on Monday 0.25mg but by the time Saturday comes up, I start to feel more hunger. I still eat at a deficit though. But when I took my second dose compared to the first, I had much more effects of feeling full compared to the first week. I read the half life is 7 days so I am wondering if The half life included with the second dose contributed to that feeling.

1mg once a week

You’ll get reduced hunger longer you are on it I’m prescribed it by the doctor and I’m starving on 1mg even went up to 3mg added the tablet version and 3000mg metformin my regular dose for blood sugar control and still hungry

Possibly due to low bf level to but it sucks that the hunger wears off

I went on Reddit and saw people were complaining about bad side effects that originally turned me off of Semaglutide but this thread pushed me to try it and I am happy that I did.

Do you think that you have a higher metabolism though. When I eat over 2000 calories, I can tell though that my body is much better at processing food than before. I also don't see myself losing weight slower or faster whether or not I eat an extra 500 calories while maintaining my calorie deficit.

I thinkso yeah definitely feel faster but my blood sugar isn’t improved fasted if I over consume carbs but blood test is good HbA1c 3.7

what have you felt metabolism wise and I’s your blood sugar good how much do you eat per day

I’ve been on mounjaro prescription but I guess since the first of the year you can no longer get it for the $25 with the manufacturer coupon so it’s no longer an option for me that way. I can get Ozempic fairly cheap because my insurance will cover it. Looking at the different strengths it looks like it comes in pen form or vial form? Is that right? Sent my dr a message yesterday so hopefully Monday he’ll send me a script in for it since I can’t get the mounjaro anymore. If not gonna order a couple kits from qsc but it’ll suck if I have to be off for a month without it.
