I have a new carrier for my oral suspensions. They will be tested after Jano re opens. They will still be available for sale in the meantime if you choose to order them. It’s the same ratios I used before, just a different liquid due to Humcos unavailability. As always, if for some reason they test way out of range, I will compensate anyone who may have purchased them. They still have a cherry flavor.

Yeah I’m assuming testing will be good, did you encounter any issues with raws separating from the liquid?

They're suspensions, they are separated by default. That's why you shake them up right before using them.

I have a friend who is military. said his inbody scan and he was 13 percent bf. He was clearly 20%

I have gotten both and they were comparable (same day)

I participated in a research study where they compared DEXA, CT, calipers, and two different BIAs (one through the feet and one through the hands). I think DEXA is the most accurate but it came out a few points higher than the others which were similar. And Iirc CT only estimates regional not whole body (they did my lower leg looking at intramuscular vs subQ fat or something).

I'd just stick with the same method over time to track relative personal changes.

Product touchdown. Ordered Saturday received package today. Never pinned mct oil before. Hopefully all goes well and no issues like I do with test prop or any mix with prop in it. Even mixed prop I have to dilute with a bunch more oil the pip is so bad for me! Lol I'll post back. I'll know quickly if the var is good!
