No pip in delts

However I do have pip in my left pec lol.

i do 3ml weekly in my pecs with no pip. i use 25g 1inch

but i wasnt pinning dhb like cridi

mostly test? I'm a big fan of keeping pecs for TNE pwo on push days but that and primo is as far as I push it pec-wise (aside from the basic test/eq/nand)

Is it cold where you are, that usually happens with rapid change in temp. Try storing it somewhere warmer if you can salvage it.

I used to pin my chest until I got a really bad shot and my chest was purple for a week at least.
