Today I'm starting my first DNP cycle. I'm going to keep it low throughout at 200 mg ed. I'm going to stay on for as long as I can. I'm interested in whether this low a dose over a longer period of time can be effective; and if so, whether the sides stay tolerable throughout. I'm also interested in what effect this low a dose will have on my workouts.

I'm using Heretical's DNP with querceten (sp?) in it. Plan to take a broad spectrum of anti-oxidants, potassium chloride and glycerin. Theoretically the quercerten means I won;t need benadryl. Any other supplement's anyone would reccomend for this low a dose?

Diet -- no changes except that I will pay more attention to eating clean -- no simple carbs, lower amount of salt than I'm used to eating, no wine with dinner anymore.

Well that's about it. I won't check in to update until I notice anything noteworthy.
 
Owl I did a very sshort 5 day cycle at 200 mg a day, you made a few posts in my thread

I ate a blueberry yogurt and a can of V8 every day for a snack

combination of Acetyl-L-carnitine (Alcar) and Alpha Lipoic Acid- (Mitochondria targeting antioxidants) - 500mg each a day

took my multi vit, vit C, Vit E and magnesium in divided doeses through the day

I also took misc other antioxidants like grape seed extract and green tea extract

I didnt really stay away from low carb foods but they did give me the sweats for a good hour or two after the meal

In my 5 days (mroe like 8 cause you can feel the dnp in you for days after you stop) I never once needed benedryly or any other anthistimine, I think that is the benefit of a low dose cycle (or maybe my body just reacted well to it), I showed good results lost and kept off 8 lbs so far but I was also previously and since been on a very strict diet for an upcoming event

I am curious to see your progress since your doing the same type of low dose cycle as I did, it will give me a chance to compare herectics dnp to shens for reference purpouses, I am also very interested on how long you stay one and if it shows more benefit than some that have done shorter higher dose cycles
 
im starting the same thing with the same brand tomorrow. my supps will be:

multi vit
vit C
mag
no simple carbs
pineapple juice
v8 juice
2-3 gals water....probably closer to 2

Greyowl..do you mind if i post my results here also just to have 2 prospectives in one place?

i plan on going for 21 days if sides dont get out of hand.

Me too, Me too. I just started 200mg H Gen II dnp this morning. I'm running glycerol, 25mL 2x/day, rALA, ALCAR, syntrax radox and some other vit supps... I've had fruits and protein all day with healthy fats and some power drive. I'm also using avant labs HEAT with yohimbe and tyramine. I'm feeling fine so far... I'm drinking a TON of water and pissin all day....
I've been on methyl dien for the last 8 days and I may discontinue it (I have not yet taken it today and I'm not sure if I'm gonna). My training is mostly west side with some modifications to benefit mma/bjj training so that's where my main concern is. Over exerting myself during training...
I guess I'll just calm it down.

I plan on maybe trying 400mg on the 6th day followed by 200day 7 then 400 day 8...but I may just stay at the safe low dose for the full 9 or so days.
I'm then starting on some masteron/eq/var. Should be fun. I should note that I am also running GH. Nutropin Depot which I've been on for one month and plan on continuing for as long as I can. I cannot stop gh while I'm on this because it's a slow release depot product. Good luck bros....here we go

Hey Grey, I hope things go well and you lose like I think it can be done. Due to time restraints, I was afraid of testing the low dose DNp method. I am currently running on mine but like I said its much higher. I started @200mg Day1, 400mg day2, 400mg Day 3, 600mg day 4. (I KNOW HERETIC!!--suggested less) I will hold at 600mg for the remander of the week.

Its finally getting warm. Sleeping sucks, sweats starting to be a norm and I am loving every minute of it. (NOT!) Gotta pay a price though....

I believe you will do fine at the lower levels because I have yet to lose any strength and I am in my 4 day of much higher dosages. Well, like I said hope your project goes well.

very interested to hear your results ive done cycles at 800mg/day before but its the hot season for roofing now. anyway ive been thinking of trying 200 a day with t3 for a longer period. I feel the t3 is still nessasary at a low dose especially when going for longer periods. just being safe. anyway keep us updated.
 
The T-3 is debated back and forth. Some think that DNP won't be as effective with reduced tyhroid levels (even 200mg DNP ED will cause this), whereas others feel that DNP is so effective that reduced thyroid levels don't even matter. I've always said if you have T-3 use it, if not try it without it. I would have to say that it would be more necessary on low-dose long cycles than short high-dose cycles if anything.
I still advise taking Benadryl to everyone, you may not be sensitive to the DNP but once you get that rash it's a bit too late. Many people do just fine without it, the only time I had a problem was two high dose cycles too close together (and it wasn't my DNP either).

because I had the opportunity to go to Las Vegas and wanted to stop and have it out of my system for atleast 4 full 24 hour periods before going and drinking alot of alcohol. Can't go to vegas and not get wasted! :D
 
Start of day 2. Something is definitely happenning because last night I started to sweat heavily after drinking a Pepis and a bag of popcorn at the movie and kept on sweating that night even though it was a coolish evening. No night sweats though. I'll report in tonight after finishing a workout.
 
Sorry to horn in again, I figure everyone likes the experiences though.
My day 2 at 200mg went well again. Woke up a little groggy/sweaty after a nap and I do feel warmer than usual. Have a slight headache but otherwise uneventful day.
 
Missed that workout because I'm a lazy fatass LOL.

Nothing much to report. I'm a bit sweatier at times than normal but not by much. Otherwise haven't noticed anything. Still not into day 3 so who can tell.
