Today I'm starting my first DNP cycle. I'm going to keep it low throughout at 200 mg ed. I'm going to stay on for as long as I can. I'm interested in whether this low a dose over a longer period of time can be effective; and if so, whether the sides stay tolerable throughout. I'm also interested in what effect this low a dose will have on my workouts.

I'm using Heretical's DNP with querceten (sp?) in it. Plan to take a broad spectrum of anti-oxidants, potassium chloride and glycerin. Theoretically the quercerten means I won;t need benadryl. Any other supplement's anyone would reccomend for this low a dose?

Diet -- no changes except that I will pay more attention to eating clean -- no simple carbs, lower amount of salt than I'm used to eating, no wine with dinner anymore.

Well that's about it. I won't check in to update until I notice anything noteworthy.

nothing to really tell....no sides notice. went to sleep fine.

weighed in this morning..no change. didnt expect any change but want to weigh in every morning.

Pump, don't focus on the scale or even the mirror. Wait till its over to get the results. My scale has only showed a 2 lb loss because of massive water retention.
 
im just weighing in to show how the weight falls and when it falls. im not going to let it discourage me by no means. maybe it will help ppl from getting discouraged on the low dosed long run.

Alright,
Day 3. I feel great. I do feel hot. I added 12.5mcg T-3 today and I'm continuing to eat relatively low carbs with the exception of more fruit than normal. Drinking a ton and having some glycerol.

Now the question everyone. Do I go to 400mg??

I honestly feel I am seeing results. I am doing morning light cardio and evening workouts. Supps are numerous. Powerdrive, avant's HEAT, Udo's oil, fish oil, protein, fiber, querecetin, radox and today I took 4mg of albuterol. It works better for me than clen or ephedrine and has less sides.

Any input on the 400 dollar question from you DNP vets. Right now I'm leaning toward doing it.
 
If you're feeling okay and you want to, go for it, just don't go higher than that until your next cycle. Usually going from 200-400mg is no problem, it's when people quickly jump up to 600mg that they get their asses kicked.

Thanks a lot bro. I think I'm gonna go to 400. I'm not worried about going to 600 cause I'm just never gonna. I don't have that much fat, I just wanna get as much as I can off right now and then hit the sauce. If anything I'll increase my T-3. I'm very warm right now on 200 with 12.5mcg T3 but drinking is the key.
 
End of Day 3. Sweating heavily but it's a muggy day. Aside from that, I've noticed no sides or benefits. maybe it's too early. Also, career developments have prevented me from working out or eating properly. We shall see.
 
I usually do 400mg of Heretic's Gen II. At 400mg, almost any physical exertion results in me being soaked in sweat and huffing/puffing.

So, I don't do any while on DNP. Just too damned uncomfortable, and not necessary for dropping weight, and I don't want to risk dehydration. Walking around is sufficient. Your metabolism is boosted 40-50% around the clock.
 
I went to 400mg today, day 4. So far I'm fine. I am noticing that I'm not thirsty but I'm forcing myself to drink. I do "cardio" while on in the form of morning calestenic circuits, heavy bag work, or kettlebell work. I currently am not running due to shin splints. I will say I'm starting to get tired more easily during those workouts but strength training is okay so far. Maybe the 400 will change that. I'm also up to 25mcg of T3 today. So far, not really sweating but, other than fruit, I'm pretty low carb. Should I add carbs? All I'm having is a piece of fruit with each meal or less. I'm taking fiber with my shakes and only other carbs are apples, oranges, blueberrys, melons here and there...
Oh wait, I just started getting warm...Anyway, if you have any carb input let me know.

It'll take a day or two for the 400mg to fully kick in. You'll feel the full effect tomorrow or the day after.

I make an effort on DNP to make sure I'm eating enough carbs. My first cycle, I tried keeping myself on my normal restricted (not ultra-low) carb diet. A couple of days into 400mg, I started feeling dizzy, sick to my stomach, headachy, etc. I can't 100% guarantee that those feelings were because of the low carbs, but after I upped my carb intake, I've never had those feelings again.
 
day 2 @ 200mg:
a couple of hot flashes, and wife sad my body felt real hot (no flames)
weighed in and down a 1.5lbs.
diet consist of:
8am 4 eggs, 1 bannana, 8oz of milk, pineapple juice, and V8
10am blueberry yogurt and tablespoon of peanut butter
noon baked chicken breast and potato, protein shake
2pm blueberry yogurt and tablespoon of peanut butter
5pm V8 juice and can of tuna, protein skake
1.5 gal of water, and OJ throughout the day

im not doing any cardio nor have i done any lifting yet. i might not do any thru the 21 days just to keep it consistant.

started day 3 @ 200mg

Start of day 4. Woke up with the sweats last night a couple of times but no big deal. Aside from that and some heavy sweating yesterday for about half an hour, I've experienced no other sides or any benefits. Today I will start to cut down on the cals and see what happens. If I don't notice a change by the end of week one, I will step up to 400 mg ed.

Thx Bro, Okay I'm really hot now... Wow. 400 is my limit for sure. I may do a 400/200/400/200... stagger from now til the end. Today I think I'll take off of working out cause I'm feeling a little tired.
 
I did 3 weeks of DNP @ 200mg/day and I was warm to pretty damn warm most of the time (and this was during the winter). And I also had to sleep on top of the covers in my bedroom. But, by the end of 3 weeks there was acid firing out of my ass and I could no longer take it. So I quit. First and last time I tried it, I may try a short intense cycle, 6 or 7 days, at a higher dose at some point in the future.

I envy you guys. I am approaching the end of Day 4 at 200 mg ed and I have not lost a single fucking ounce.
