Im 32, 2 kids, 5'2'' 135 lbs. I just had a breast aug and have been cleared to resume normal work outs so I dont have a diet plan at this time. Im in the research phase right now. My goal is too lose inches. Increase lean muscle and drop about 10 lbs of fat. Im not looking for a miracle fat burner, but I am hoping there is something can can speed up the process when combined with diet and hard work. Even when I was at my best, working out 5 days a week and dieting, I couldnt seem to drop that last 3 or 4 lbs. Im ready to really commit again and would like to get past that. What do you guys think would work best and what are your thought on anavar? Again, Im new at this. I dont know how it all works or what is best, so Im hoping you guys can help. Thanks!!!!

I'll get the obvious answer out of the way. You should stay away from the aas for now and focus on diet and workout.

Now that that's out of the way, reseaech everything beforehand. And if you do go the aas route find a darn good source. I've read lots of times anavar is faked by using d-bol and d-bol is very bad for women.

I don't do clen or fat burner stacks, eca, as I don't like the shakiness and am worried about failing a drug test for anything that might be a stimulant, but you could look into that before going to aas.

What is your daily caloric intake? How do you track that intake? What is your maintenance caloric intake? What are your macros running at currently? What does your training look like right now? What does your training history look like for the past year?

Can yu give me a quick idea on what clen and the others are or where I can look to find more info? Im literally brand new at this and dont even know what the abbreviations are. Thanks for the response! =)

Ive never tracked intake, just used a portion system. Obviously, I know that is something that im going to need to do when I move forward. Training for that last 3 months has been semi non existent due to the surgery/vacation ect.... Before that I was doing really well 4 to 5 times a week. I dont have any bikini pics, but this should give you an idea where I was at before that. Even then I still needed to drop those last couple pounds. Ive gained around 8lbs since then (thats a lot on someone whs only 5'2'') If anavar isnt for me, what would you suggest?

Download my fitness pal on your phone. Track everything. Figure out what your maintenance is and I would actually hover around your maintenance calories for a little while and see what kind of results you get since your just now getting back into it. After you have yourself in a good routine you can lower calories some. Drink tons of water. I would suggest about a gr of protein per lb of bodyweight for now and keep a somewhat even split in fat and carb intake or eat more of which you prefer fats or carbs. You can try keto if you want to try something different and focus on fat loss but you'll do fine just tracking calories at the moment. I don't think var would really be worth trying for you right now. The only thing I would even consider would be Albuterol and I wouldn't bother with it until several months into the outline I've mentioned above. Hope this helps.

what's your new cup size?
for scientific research purposes...
I may have to prescribe a different exercise selection as to avoid stress to the lower back.

Welcome to Meso

IMO, if you're not familiar with the different substances, you shouldn't be looking to do any of them quite yet.

You'll get bigger before you get smaller on steriods - anavar was developed to help AIDS patients and severe burn victims gain weight.

There are SEVERAL forums online with women talking about their experiences and none of them - besides bikini competitors with high cardio/low cal diets - have achieved the exact body they want using AAS.

What DOES it do? It makes you stronger, faster, thicker, bigger. Most women who venture into AAS usage want to increase performance FIRST and understand this is a platform to getting leaner. So you must be willing to accept eating more and getting more muscular as an effect of usage.

If you're glued to the scale and number and want to eat like a bird, this kind of thing isn't for you (unless you're competing in bikinI class and already are used to low calorie diet plans and being glued to the stairmaster).

All in the 1st post, except for the husband part. Yes he is a HUGE part of my my stress and probably the biggest reason for the weight gain, lol ;) kids are 4 and 6

Nope, Ill save that for girls night. Seriously though, tell me about fat burners or albuterol or anything else that I should be researching to help speed up this weight loss thing. Im willing to put in the hardwork, but if there is anything to speed it up im more than interested in learning about it. Ive been doing the b12 injections and as far as I can tell its just a waste of time.

I would cut out all sugars you can, drinks and all that good stuff. Cut back on carbs and up your protein. I wouldn't get on anything till you did that.

Not saying don't ever use anything, but I promise you will lose a lot and keep it off if you do it by diet first. Also don't jump on one of these 7 day 20 pound diets that's just stupid.

After you get your diet down and stay on it for longer than a few weeks start doing some research. I personally don't see a need in "diet pills" unless you are extremely over weight. You will just do more damage than good.

I can't stress enough how important diet and training is, if you go to the gym and your heart ain't about to explode and you ain't dripping with sweat you ain't trying hard enough.

We are the same age and I have a 6 year old too.

To be honest, with two kids and a husband, you have to really, really watch anxiety levels and temper while using fat burners. They make you edgy and jittery. Thank god I have only 1and no husband. My mom helps a lot and I don't know what I would have done without her while I've been dieting down and training.

Look into Lyle McDonald's rapid fat loss diet - I lost 41 lbs in 3 months on a protein sparring modified fast. 800 cals of protein ONLY. it was hell, but it worked.

I definitely cant do anything thats going to make me anymore temperamental. On top of young kids and a husband, I just took in a pitbull puppy thats been tearing up my house. Ive already been on the edge of losing my shit everyday for the last week. Thanks for that tip, its definitely a no go. Ill look into that diet tonight :) I only need to drop 8 to 10 lbs, its just been crazy hard to stay committed. I was hoping some sort of supplement would make me fell obligated to hit the gym each day.

I have been going 3 to 4 times a week, Ive just been half assing it. Looks like im just going to have really buckle down and get it done. Still open to suggestions on what may help with energy. Is there a good pre work out? I have c4 and like it, if there is anything better let me know.

The only thing that will make you feel obligated to hit the gym everyday is to look at it as training and not exercise - with clear goals and a linear progression program.

I get into the mindset of training even for simple cardio. I feel obligated to stick to my program so I can progress. With lifting, I train for strength so it's vital I do my lifts every week so I can add on weight. With running and sprinting, I want to best my times and get faster. So I commit to a schedule. It's become my hobby that way. I look forward to the gym each session, even after years.
