Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

Any sides? I've read a lot about irritability and shakiness. Did you get any of those and if so how bad?

Yes, it can make you feel a bit shaky like you have low blood sugar and need a snack. But not very bad for me personally, you might find it is worse though since we're all different.

Aside from that, no other sides really. I tried it through a RC company and they were very comparable but I do recall the RC variety gave me a slight headache by the end of the day at full dose. My eyes would get a bit bloodshot. But never had that problem on pharma grade. Never was irritable but I rarely get that way on these things. It actually kind of gives me a nice well-being feeling really. I'm mad I forgot to take it this morning lol. I might be weird but an Albuterol and an iced coffee in the morning does the trick for me :)

Also...cramps. Terrible. Terrible. Quad cramps. Hamstring cramps. Bleh..

I've heard someone else say that too about clen, again, never had that issue with Albuterol. You're probably starting to understand why I'd never bother with trying clen.

Thanks!! I think I may add that in once I'm ready to give var a try. Still have a few months before I'm p ready, but I'll start reading up on it more now.

I highly recommend using one or the other alone to determine what kind of response you get from them individually. You almost certainly will get some kind of side effect from them both whether good or bad and you won't know for sure what's doing it if you're doing them both at the same time.

If it were me, I'd run var alone and dial in a dose you're happy with and eat in surplus to really take advantage of the compound and then add Albuterol at the end if you want to go into a deficit and cut up.

Just what @Eman said. I've been on var for over four weeks now and pretty much know how my body reacts to my daily dose. Been eating a slight surplus and seeing nice lean gainz but plan on adding albuterol towards the end of my cycle and might eat at maintenance or just a small deficit. Will have to play around with calories and see.

Keep me updated on that! I'd love to hear how it works out and if the sides are worth it to you. My main concern is irritability. I've tried a few over the counter type fat burners and they turned me into a bit of an asshole until the jitters wore off.

Will do! I'll make sure to note my albuterol experience in my current log. I'm a little concerned about irritability as well. Can't afford to be even more short-tempered, especially with little ones in the house. I'm sure you know how that goes, ha.

Can you link me to your log? I don't think I've seen it yet, not sure how I missed it:(

I'm really surprised to hear about the irritability from it... Never heard of that side effect before. I don't want to say it can't happen though of course. But from my perspective, I've never experienced it even slightly. It totally mellows me out with a nice clean energy. But I'm pretty mellow in general regardless.

That's true... if you have the liquid then it doesn't usually happen but if you use an inhaler... it can make you a little irritable at higher doses... clen is notorious for edginess and irritability... hence the reason I prefer Albuterol 100%

Maybe backing down on the dose will eliminate it...

I've tried liquid as RC and pharma from then on as tabs. Tabs are my preference.

Yea we all have our preference... that's why I always say... try it for yourself and see how you respond ... also you guys take higher doses than us... I'm perfectly good at 4mg a day

My fiance worked up to 16mg with virtually no sides. Have you guys had any sleepiness type of sides while taking albuterol? I seemed to get sleepy but i thought it was from the ketotifen. My fiance is just telling me she would feel sleepy too and she didnt stary the keto until week 2

That's interesting.... this proves how people react so differently to compounds... I found I have nice energy but not cracked out on Albuterol... never sleepy or sluggish... but I also have never exceeded 8mg a day
