Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

10mg twice a day. To be honest, I'm not that impressed with it as a fat burner by itself. I don't have anything else to compare it to though. I have noticed a slight increase in endurance and my recovery has been a bit quicker but nothing drastic. I feel like I'm burning fat at about the same rate I was with out it.

It may work better stacked with other things, but by itself it's not amazing.

I might look into albuterol after I'm done with this.

I was reading a thread somewhere else where the guys mentioned that the fat burning effects of these substances is 100 or 200 calories at most and they would rather do the 20 extra minutes on the stairmaster...which just made total sense to me. I've been a fan of the EC stack for years but I've never felt better since quitting it this past month. I used it to help with appetite supression and muscle sparring while cutting, but doing a little extra cardio has done wonders.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts about it.

Was EC making you feel shit while on it or just felt great after?

I have no problem with it, but I think it exacerbated issues like anxiety and insomnia for me. Eating helps calm anxiety, so I think eventually it was actually making me out-eat the benefits. But when I was in the last bit if my weight loss (I lost 115 all together), it was a godsend when I cut cals hard and coming off my diet to keep the weight off.

I used it way longer than I should have.

I'm sure everyone means they have been testing gw on their rats:-)

As these are research chemicals they should only be used on our "rats" or other animals for scientific study only :-)

Of course..we're so close with our testing rats we use pronouns interchangeably sometimes :)

I (meaning my rats ;)) picked the gw back up on Saturday and tweaked a few things. Instead of 10 mg twice a day, Ive dropped it to 12mg once a day about 45 minutes before my morning work out. Ive also switched my work outs to almost entirely high intensity cardio. Im still doing 1 day a week of just strength training and Ive increased resistance and weight to help maintain the muscle I do have. Its only been 5 days, but I am feeling better about it. Ive been able to push it a bit harder and further than I was able to before. Its not drastic, but its noticeable and each day seems to get just the tiniest bit easier.

Im interested to see how this plays out, but Im definitely feeling a bit more optimistic about the gw with the new work out plan, as opposed to what I was doing before. (20-30 minutes of cardio, followed by weights)

How is GW in comparison to let's say albuterol for fat burning?

Albuterol for the win. Still have to do cardio and diet though of course.

GW is a nice compound but it didn't justify the price tag for the benefits as far as fat loss, endurance was good but unnecessary for me. If I ever wanted to train to do a 5k or a similar endurance event, I'd definitely consider using GW again. Aside from that, my conditioning is plenty.

I'm not sure how it should be dosed for a lady but I personally work up to 16mg a day in 4mg increments. I use it at a maintenance dose of 8mg quite often though, once in morning with coffee (it works better with caffeine) and once preworkout for energy benefits. I feel stronger during my lifts with it albeit only very slightly but it makes me feel like I'm always on my game and not having an off day. It also has been shown to preserve muscle .

As far as fat burning, it definitely has it's place in a cutting cycle IMO. Use it with a good deficit and plenty of cardio and you will def see some great results. But as stated above, most fat burners I'm aware of aside from DNP, which I would never recommend, usually only really offer a small boost. But when adding in the other benefits and the low cost, totally worth it to me. I have no clue why anyone would use clen over Albuterol when you compare the two, I've never used clen though and never would due to my research.

!!!! Thanks! I've used clen before. Long time ago. Wasn't fun but wasn't terrible but wasn't fun for sure lol

Any sides? I've read a lot about irritability and shakiness. Did you get any of those and if so how bad?

Irritability wasn't an issue but shakiness was real. Goodness..I'm a huge coffee drinker but I went off during the clen, it took a couple of days (build up I'm assuming) but when it hit it was kind of scary. Bad enough to where i finished my 2 on 1 off for 8 weeks but i won't do it again.

You're welcome :)

@Devika is using it currently, maybe she can comment on her experience with it. There is a great pharma source for it here as well, I think devika probably got it from there. Funny though, it's for asthma and I've never noticed breathing benefits from it lol.
