No. Figured I'd use this time to take a week off of it. See if the break helps at all. Honestly, at this point I'm not sure it was really worth it. All least for fat loss. It might be worth it for endurance training, breaking a plateau our stacked with other stuff, but by itself, it doesnt seem to make a huge difference. I still have about 3 weeks if it left, so I'm going ride it out. I'll let y'all know that final thoughts on it when I'm done

Ok, so I've been out for a week and probably ate a bit more comfort food than I should have, but I'm ready to get back at it. Weight and measurements are about the same and I'm definitely still retaining a bit of water, but here's where I'm at.

Yes, they are extensions and after yesterday, I thought the meso sign would be appropriate ;)Mesoi.jpg Mesow.jpg Mesoi.jpg

Looking great babe! Now there's no need for us ladies to vouch for you that you are not a man since you just showed all of Meso proof. Hahaha. Your comment yesterday still has me cracking up.:p Pretty hair, btw!

Thank you!! I was dying laughing all last night. My girls were watching movies and I was cracking up reading the posts and messages. I was actually excited to get up this morning and read the new drama. Better the anything on TV, lol.

Not sure how I posted two of the same pic, it was unintentional.
It's ok...you're a hottie. You can post them a bajillion times and we'd all be happy. :) My daughter said you look like her Barbie! (she's playing Minecraft next to me and looked over as I was scrolling through this).

Nope. Still have this damn cough lingering. Tried to go for a run Monday and made it about a quarter mile before I was hacking. Im going to pick it back up and hit the gym tomorrow and see how I do with just some strength.

Yikes!! Get better quick girl. I had some dumb cough and sore throat out of nowhere for a week a couple weeks ago. Magically came and magically left after a few nights of hot toddy treatment. Well wishes.

I keep checking in on your thread and wondering...what's GW? Lol
Lol GW-50156 aka Cardarine

Here's the quick long drop on it
GW-501516 (also known as GW-501,516,GW1516 or GSK-516) is a PPARδ modulator compound being investigated for drug use by GlaxoSmithKline. It activates the same pathways activated through exercise, including PPARδ and AMP-activated protein kinase. It is being investigated as a potential treatment for obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease. GW-501516 has a synergistic effect when combined with AICAR: the combination has been shown to significantly increase exercise endurance in animal studies more than either compound alone.

GW-50156 regulates fat burning through a number of widespread mechanisms; it increases glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and increases muscle gene expression, especially genes involved in preferential lipid utilization., This shift changes the body's metabolism to favor burning fat for energy instead of carbohydrates or muscle protein, potentially allowing clinical application for obese patients to lose fat effectively without experiencing muscle catabolism or the effects and satiety issues associated with low blood sugar. GW-501516 also increases muscle mass, which improved glucose tolerance and reduced fat mass accumulation even in mice fed a very high fat diet, suggesting that GW-501516 may have a protective effect against obesity

It has been demonstrated at oral doses of 5 mg a day to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation. Treatments with GW-501516 have been shown to increase HDL cholesterol by up to 79% in rhesus monkeys and the compound is now undergoing Phase II trials to improve HDL cholesterol in humans.

I've heard of doing everything from helping guys n gals drop 2-3% BF to 4-8% BF to just making their lipids better to nothing at all. You know how that goes.
