Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

I actually like my teeth too much to cheap out. Im going to wait until its a little later and hit a few of the questionable areas down here. Im bound to run into someone who has a few rocks for sale. Im just not sure if I should wait until right before the gym or just get started asap. I came here for advice on anavar and am leaving with something better. Id call that a successful inquiry!
Just smoke the anavar, you will be just fine.

Just seems lazy me.... Just grab some gw-501516 and dose at 20mg per day. Find a good source and like Achilles said... Just smoke the Anavar it works wonders for women.

How does your training plan look like?
Fitnesspal is a great app to keep track of all of your macros. you can find your maintenance cals, with a deficit of 200-300 cals you should start losing weight.
Fasted cardio or HIIT sessions 4-5x a week, with a 5-6 weight training program and you should really see the results.
you will drop the weight. No need to start playing with AAs till you have a solid weightlifting/diet regimen. It's not worth screwing up your hormones if you don't have a solid foundation.
Also, make sure your diet is on point, that you're eating complex carbs, enough lean protein and healthy fats. Drink at least 1 gallon of water.
With dedication and preparation you can get to your goal weight without dealing with AAs or fat burners yet.
The key to weight loss --> energy expenditure must be greater than calorie intake. Plain and simple.
Yes.

#1 is diet
#2 is training
a far out #3 are the drugs.

I'm pretty sure I get it now. I'll hold off on adding anything in for while. I originally thought from what I read on the internet it would help speed up the process, but from y'all said, that's just not how it works. I feel a little more confident taking advice from people who have actually tried it. Thanks again!

There are plenty of diet and training threads, stick around you don't have to use drugs to kick it. But before you run off can we do the puppy pic thing? If you show me yours I'll show you mine...

This is Brutus, the beast that has been destroying my house. Friends of mine found him on the side of the road a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to find the owners. the shelters are full down here so they would have to euthanize him. I didn't want that to happen, so I adopted him. The vet thinks he's about 9 months old. He's the most affectionate and loving dog ever, but he has an issue with tearing shit up in my house. the black one is sunny, my good dog =) I'm not going anywhere. I'm definitely going to look for a few tips and if I ever do decide to try something this is a good place to research it.

In one of the posts on this thread it was mentioned that the creatine in c4 causes water retention. I've definitely noticed it. Is that something that will pass or should I try a diuretic? Also, tell me about gw-501516. Was that a legitimate suggestion for down the road? I just did a quick search on it and it looked interesting

It will pass when you stop taking it...you dont need it....drop it.

as far as experimental peptides they are junk, plus it has sides like night sweats and impaired vision? ehhh no thanks. Dont take my word for it you can start here...
GW-501516 (Cardarine)

you need clean calories, a regimented workout routine, and cardio. @weighted chinup is one of the best posters on this site...did you read all the great info he gave you?

I read over the link and ran it by a girlfriend of mine who is a personal trainer. She's going to give me a layout of how to incorporate it in with my work outs. I'm sure once I get a plan set up it will be a lot easier for me to put my all in and stay on track

Can I ask where a legit place to buy the gw is or how to determine if the place is selling fakes? I have no intention on buying it yet, just trying to get a real idea of what im looking at. I keep reading that I need to be cautious because a lot of people vouching for it are actually selling it. Just trying to determine the real from the fakes right now =)

I get mine from maxim peptide. I'm not affiliated or sell their product. Also gw is not a peptide nor a sarm.

What did you think about it? Ive gone through past threads here and im getting mixed reviews. Im skeptical because it seems any good reviews are being accused of selling it
