I did it for years...Cell-tech and orange juice. Than I was worried I was gonna be a diabetic so I switched to suspension, then pills...then groceries. There is no right or wrong way everyone is different. As a good meso brother says "Every athlete is a snowflake"Lol. Thank you. Doesn't deter me from my extra creatine supplentation though.
