Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

Lol. Thank you. Doesn't deter me from my extra creatine supplentation though. :)
I did it for years...Cell-tech and orange juice. Than I was worried I was gonna be a diabetic so I switched to suspension, then pills...then groceries. There is no right or wrong way everyone is different. As a good meso brother says "Every athlete is a snowflake" ;)

I tried creating back in the day when Bill Phillips was so popular with his line of supplements. I got on the creatine and whatever they put in that shit made me feel funky. Bloated, too. Looking back I now see that it was all sugar and probably some cheap shitty creatine.
I am considering adding creatine to my protein shakes.

Simple creatine monohydrate (optimum nutrition makes a cheap great quality product) mixed in with water is all you need.

I'm 28.
Enjoy long walks on the beach, SEC football, puppies +babies, snowflakes, and throwing chalk around. Can't stand adult humans, they dont care for me much either :(
(sad part is this is my nice voice)
Ack I'm older than you! You had me at snowflakes tho. The company I keep these days are a 6 year old ballerina and a snow white 2 year old siberian husky named lelah, so I feel you. :)

Diet for me is tough. I have a husband that isn't into fitness and wines if his dinner doesnt come with potatoes. I've tried to keep my meals to whatever protein we have with a salad or veggie, but even then I don't think I'm getting all the good stuff I need. I'm about out of c4 so I'll look into the creatine suggested by happycamper. I do take a multi vitamin, but what else would you suggest, if anything? I probably would have walked into gnc and bought those shiny labels if I hadn't read what y'all wrote.

Don't get Creatine.
Don't go into GNC and say I want to lose weight. C4 is overrated. If you want s pre workout go to tiger fitness and get his stimulant pre workout. It's the best on the market. Focus on your meals. Cook yours on Sunday and Wednesday. It will take you an hour each day.

get your diet/training in check and when you start making progress I bet he starts lookin in the mirror a lil harder ;)

....or...and I cant believe Im suggesting this (Lord forgive me)
....cut him off from the booty o_O

I don't see a difference on creatine or off. If it helps you run it, not going to hurt, Although if you are getting a ton it will.

I eat a lot tho, I guess for a girl they wouldn't want to take in as much food as a 230 pound guy.

I like Arginine. Tribulus sucks and did nothing for me. Maybe some strength gains but not enough to stay on it. I get a good pump with Arginine.

Ay dios mio!
You're 230? We make 230 look vastly different, same age too huh? How tall?
strong work man
Last night after legs I was 228 at 5'9 and I'm 28 as well. I'm actually trying to cut and dropped down to about 220 from 235, but now I'm up to 226 to 230. I have put on some size in my legs tho, so that's probably the majority of it.

And thanks for the compliment man, it's been hard.

Creatine Supplementation Trials in Vegetarians

I take 5g of creatine daily and it has made such a difference.
I used to load and cycle off from creatine for a few weeks but then I read the losing thing isn't necessary.
I decided to stick with the 5g while I'm on cycle.
