Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

I think Ill give it a try considering both women on the thread like it. Any particular brand better or one I should stay away from? thanks!

That's such a cute dog in your Avi!
I bought some creatine monohydrate from vitacost for like $10 bucks. I like their brand and had good reviews

Not taking away from creatine, but when you guys get to a point of size or shape you want... I promise you won't even notice the effect.

It's just like protein powder, the jug says put on 10 pounds in a month, yes maybe to the guy that just started working out. I won't see 10 pounds in a month tho because I'm past my limits for stuff like that to keep working like it does for a person just starting.

A good friend of mine has won 4 shows and got top 3 in 3 never used creatine. She gets the majority of her stuff from foods.

Again not taking away from the supplement, but don't expect it to be some magical supplement.

Real food hands down is the best supplements on earth!that being said it's not always easy with a family, life etc.i say always strive for the food first and of course extra sups don't hurt when breaking down the body daily.u ladies using NAC for your livers while cycling just out of curiosity?or daily even for that matter?sorry not trying to jack thread

I don't think so. I'll be running 10 mgs of Anavar tops. Var is very mild on the liver and at such low doses a liver supplement may be just a waste.
I'm not sure I believe they work.
I hate swallowing pills and I already take like 6 for multivitamins, fish oil, calcium, glucosamine, etc.

I would rather take a little extra something than take any chances on the liver. And I know many say var is mild, but don't fool yourself it's still hepatoxic.

For those of you who have tried the gw, can you give me an idea of what it tastes like or looks like? thanks!!

Creatine? Not for this dude
The only thing in my diet in question is protein powder. I know what all my other foods have in them.

I will say placebo is a very real thing :)

Yohimbine I personally can't stand. And I wont mess with my thyroid with t3, but I know many who do enjoy t3 and have seen great results. Just make sure you know what you are doing when using.

At the gym now, waiting on my girlfriend. She's Personal trainer who loves to see me cry... I've been meeting with her at least once a week and have gone back to 5 days a week at the gym. I went ahead and tried the gw. I have noticed an increase in endurance, but nothing drastic on the scale yet. I'm only down 1.5 lbs. I took pics and measurements at the start, I'll re do them tomorrow and post. =)
