These are from this morning. Not a huge difference, maybe a bit more definition, but its only been 2 weeks. Measurements are the same, but are almost in the next inch down, so it looks like Ive gone down a bit, but not quite an inch yet. Yes,Im from the south, lol. I live in South florida, but was raised in central florida, so Im a country girl at heart.

Hi! I have no idea how I missed this party...Welcome!

Girl, from reading your posts and everyone's replies... I will say again.... your FOOD is most important, TRAINING and having a solid routine is second most important. From the sounds of your posts, you aren't ready for any supplements. Get those two basic things in check first then you will slowly build your foundation and be able to introduce some fat burners to get rid of that last little bit and then maybe down the road, try var...but that's far far future. You don't seem to be in the right mind set for it yet...

From your measurements, you sound like you are bottom heavy... do intense workouts - weights and cardio will get you where you need to be, don't be afraid to 'hurt' and sweat...it's your body making changes...plus keeping your diet clean. Working out will build a strong body, you need to have the support for your new 32DDD twins... I know what that's about, as mine are 32G's... that's like extra 5-7lbs on your chest to carry around.

Yes! Any weight I gain goes straight to my ass and thighs. Ive definitely made changes to my diet, I'm just having a hard time sticking to a "clean" diet. I'm always on the go around lunchtime so I've replaced lunch with a protein shake with almond milk and oatmeal. I've already picked up the GW so I'm going to ride that out and see if there's any substantial difference. I may look into some other fat burners down the road by think I'm gonna stay away from the var. after reading a bit more about it, it doesn't seem like the side effects are worth it to me. I just have to make sure I stick to it all the way. Thanks for the tips!!

yes definitely diet is key... try fasting cardio as soon as you wake up. I swear by this and I find it makes a difference. Also, plan ahead...have your food ready. Cook up a whole bunch of eggs, chicken breasts and cut up green veggies such as broccoli and green beans also add peppers, nice crunchy snack and easy too eat. Put some walnuts or almonds in your purse along with a shaker cup and baggies of protein. There is no excuse not to eat....be ready! :)

And the protein with oatmeal and almond mils is a great breakfast right after cardio...even add a little peanut butter... and you're set! Get the day off to a good start.

I'm gonna have to give the Fasted cardio a try. I have a girlfriend who swears by it as well. I just tend to get really dizzy and cranky when I don't eat . I guess I'll just start off slow. any tips on how to get Your body used to it?

Well if your daily nutrition is solid then you should be able to be OK... at first your body isn't used to it so keep the intensity a little lower and build yourself up. I don go crazy with fasted cardio but then again, my goals are different and I'm pretty much in maintenance all year as I try to keep my bf% low.

Have your shake ready and drink it right after and you should get adjusted to it quite quickly.

More awesome advice GG! Thanks for this. Especially the tip on the after run protein meal. I used to be doubtful of fasted cardio. But I think I will give it a try and start back up with my daily running again...maybe just not quite as intense as I used to...lol I miss how it helped me start my day off with a positive attitude.
Bmae1 keep us posted on your progress with this! If you can check back in on what you decide with fat burners. I used them before during my natural contest prep and I caused more harm than it was worth. I elevated my adrenals/cortisol and taxed my nervous system to death. I was also overtraining and undersleeping....so just one of a few wrongs that I learned the hard way from. But anyhow, I'm not a huge fan of fat burners...my body adapted to the effect rather quickly and I had to keep increasing the dose. Then, when I maxed out...which only takes like a week...I didn't gain anything at all from them and felt like I had to have them to be "normal." When I tried to cycle off of them my energy level bottomed out completely. I'd have been better off without them completely. In the end I only got one real good week of benefit from them and then it took several weeks to adjust to being off of them. Everyone responds differently but I just felt horrible when I quit taking them. P.S. I was using Hydroxycut
Good luck!

As one of the wisest member of MESO-RX I give you authorization to post on your own thread a nice before and after.
I go eat a burger now, later with greasy hand I'll come back to check out if your surgeon was good or not.

Since you already learned this the hard way... I wouldn't waste your hard earned cash on OTC fat burners, they are a waste of money and just burn through your hard earned muscle... I was referring to actual proven solid compounds that help, for example, regulate thyroid (in a proper fashion) along with a few others... But never waste your money with OTC garbage such as that one. I think we all have tried some kind at some point with no luck and more damage.

don't mind him he's Italian
...I'm pretty sure he's harmless though

For what it's worth I'm a believer in fasted cardio as well. For me I like to get up, do some light hiking or jogging fasted. I don't do coffee until after I've had something to eat so I don't feel cracked out o_O Then I cool down, have my coffee, eat a sweet potato and have my heavy workout. I believe in training earlier in the day as well simply because I get my best workouts in prior to any fatigue from the day, and it jump starts my metabolism early gets the blood pumping.

Some other things that help me tighten up quick are reducing/eliminating dairy, eating smaller meals more frequently as not to gorge myself. Can't ever let myself get to the point of being hungry or else Im hangry and then overeat and blow my diet. Pre-portion and eat every 2-3 hrs, GG gave you great snack options, unsalted live almonds are my go-to. Drop the alcohol...I got a feeling you may like a glass of chardonnay or maybe a miller lite :p Treat two beers like a dessert and a treat, very seldom! Alcohol will blow your diet so fast it will make your head spin. If you grew up eating/cooking like me then you may have to adjust your supper cooking habits  Limit those carbs from your last meal, can't be having mashed taters, mac n cheese and yeast rolls at 9pm and expect to see changes. If you are gonna cheat and eat dirty do it early in the day!!!
